The rug that came was not what he ordered at all. Not only was it not the right size, but the quality was sub-par, and it looked like someone just took a pair of office scissors to cut it. Pleasant, SC, you can expect all of the same things that I have experienced: Visit 1- I provided all of the product specs, and just needed to place the order. The person in the cabinet department had an appointment showing up, so we agreed to complete my order by phone, after the appointment. They never called back. Visit 2- I found the same person at the store the next day, but she said she's not really supposed to be there, it's her day off. She copied the info that she printed out for me on Visit 1, and did not call back in the next two days. Visit 3- Talked to another cabinet department associate, who informed me that no information had been entered with my name, number, or cabinet order. I start from scratch, to stop just short of ordering, for another couple who had an appointment. Called to make an appointment, phone rang until they hung up/ended call. This happened 3x in a row. Best of luck to anyone needing customer service from this store.

The deliverymen showed up on time, removed the old refrigerator, installed, and set up the new one, and took time to show me the bells and whistles. A couple hours later it started dropping ice cubes and I realized it didn't have an ice bucket, so I put a large mixing bowl underneath the ice maker. I called and spoke to Chuck about getting one. His response was he had no clue what could have happened to it. He checked the floor models and there were none in those refrigerators. He called back later and said he left a message with the manufacturer's rep and asked him to send one, and would get in touch with me when it came. 5 months later, 4 phone calls, and stopping in twice, still no ice bucket. Every time I speak or stop by - "We'll check and follow up". Haven't heard from anyone yet! I know it's just a plastic ice bucket, but I shouldn't have to have a metal mixing bowl in the freezer to catch ice. If you can't take care of the small easy details......... Let me tell ya... this is the place to be if you're looking for consignment furniture! I hate to even leave a review saying this, considering I am still wanting to find some specific pieces for my house and I don't want other people getting there before me and taking what I'm looking for, but I should not be a gatekeeper. I love the furniture and other variety of items (lighting fixtures, televisions, computer monitors) that they have available. Most items appear to be in pretty good quality. It seems like if you are a seller this would also be a good place. I think I saw signs talking about how they will come pick up the furniture from your home in one of their large trucks. Having needed to do something like that before, I can tell you that's a pretty good option to have. This is easily my favorite furniture consignment shopping in Mount Pleasant. And definitely top three of all time. I have never purchased anything from here so that may be a different story when J do, but check back at some point, I'm sure that will change.

Very high quality repairs. He is a one man operation, so there are limits. Please be cognizant if that. The Repair: GE clothes washer ~10 years old, not draining and getting stuck on pause He came in and listened to what was going on and then decided to crawl underneath to get a closer look. He deduced that the drain pump wasn't working. After pulling it out he opened it up and discovered that the pump didn't feel right and showed me his findings. He ordered the part and would not accept payment until the repair was complete. A couple of days later, part in hand and first thing in the morning he shows up and puts the pump in place, and WaaaaaaLa! He put the washer through all the setting and showed me that it was working. Between both days, he probably spent an hour and fifteen minutes total. Great to have a working washer again! Oh, and not spend a bunch of money on a new machine.
