Would definitely not recommend Picture This because they are over priced (as I've come to learn)…read moreand provide a terrible customer experience. It took over 6 weeks to complete a job they initially said could be done in less than two. Whats even worse was they completely screwed up my order even tho we spent a good 15 minutes discussing exactly what I wanted while picking out the frame. Then to add insult to injury when I went to pick it up, saw his shoddy work, and told him it wasn't what I ordered he gave me a dumb look and asked what I wanted to do. So I said "I want it redone right" to which he replied "ok, but it's gonna take me about a month maybe more to get the material for the frame because of supply chain issues and I'm gonna have to double charge you for the materials because the frame you selected is one of the more expensive ones." Call me crazy but I just think people should stand by their work and when they screw up own their mistake and make it right. The customers should not get double charge to fix the vendors mistakes. So unless you want to have to pay twice to have your picture framed and deal with premium priced incompetence go somewhere else.

We were admiring the smaller pictures for easy transportation when a couple came in discussing the purchase of the large picture. His attention went to following the couple around the store and ignoring us. To the point that the couple a few times asked for a moment to discuss their potential purchase. When I asked if he had a website that we could access, his response was rude and abrupt. He was obviously irritated that he needed to assist us when the couple was moving closer to the door. I personally enjoy buying and supporting your local shops. Being in sales myself I know that you need to treat each customer as important as the next.
