Well, let's look at AMS Man and Van's glimpse into my personal life. They moved me into Withington with a boy who was horribly wrong for me. Drama. When that predictably hit the fan, they moved me out into my own little place by myself. And last weekend, they moved my husband-to-be and me from our respective flats we were keeping on into our lovely, amazing new Ancoats apartment. And they're just ruddy brilliant. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the ins and outs of what's going on in ELH World. So first of all I hate moving, and (I always say this) I don't plan to do so again for a few years. No matter how well organised you are, it's always stressful. I can't think of anyone in the world who likes it. But these guys take at least 50% of the pressure off, and boy did they have a job that day. First stop was Fallowfield, where they brought all my stuff to us, unloaded it into our new place, then they hotfooted it to City Road East and did the same with Chris's stuff. This move included furniture, bags of clothes, heavy electric goods, the whole shebang. They had all the relevant equipment to make the move easier, they started at 8.30am and were done by early afternoon, and all we then had to do was decide where all our stuff went. Simples. Flexible, friendly, great prices, and they handle your stuff with care. Awesome guys. I'll definitely be giving them a call next time I move, which hopefully shan't be for a looooong time.

I've had a very disappointing experience with Sebastian and his team recently. They've done a few…read moremoves for me and they've done a good job, unfortunately the most recent job they've done they've shattered a glass coffee table and damaged my mirror chest drawers. I raised this with Sebastian who before Christmas was very apologetic about it and told me he'll get the matter resolved. Unfortunately, since then he has decided to block me and ignore my messages. I called him off a different number and he answered, when I asked for Sebastian HE himself tells me "he's not available at the moment" hangs up the phone and blocks that number too. I've been more than reasonable with him, I guess it's my loss in the end of the day. He told me he believes if you do good then good comes back round to you, he also told me that he doesn't want to take my kindness for my weakness as I had made contact with him to try and resolve the issue. They were all clearly just words from Seb. Not to forget he had a friend on the job called Neil who kept telling us that we've got a bargain for £350! And that they normally make double to triple that amount on jobs! It's a real shame because like I said they've done a good job in the past but unfortunately Sebastian has really let himself down this time. I would've recommended him even after all the damages, but after the ignored messages and blocking calls I personally can't recommend Royton Removals. 2 stars is fair for the good work his lads have done in the past. If you do read this Sebastian all the best with everything mate, just remember there's a good person in there somewhere.
