Just dont use this company at all, your wasting your time and money, the "customer service" just…read moredoes not exsist, the web page is just a waste of time. Parcel lost, somewhere in the Evri system, presume its still on a van as its supposed to be out for delivery. Cannot get any sense out of the moron who answers the chat page.

Do Not Use This Company!!!They Are Not To Be Trusted!!!!…read moreTake them to the small claims court - we are! Appalling! Package still not delivered and we booked Next Day delivery on 12 Dec 2022 Can't get to speak to anyone and Customer Services on chat dreadful. They say they've opened an investigation which could at the least take a further 2 or more weeks!!!! They refuse to contact courier (Evri) direct saying they don't have their telephone number (I kid you not) I am utterly disgusted with them and urge people to go straight to courier. Do not use this rotten company! Update 9 Jan 2023 I have received an email from (I assume) the same person who has responded to this review: 'After looking into your order a little further, I can see that the courier has now got back to us on your enquiry to advise the following: "Thank you for getting in touch about your parcel sent with Evri. I have conducted an extensive search and unfortunately, our tracking system is currently unable to locate your parcel. Due to the amount of time that has elapsed since we last received a tracking update, I must unfortunately deem this parcel unaccounted for. Parcels go through several handling and transportation processes and on rare occasions this may happen. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to both yourselves and your customer by this." In light of this, I have now moved the enquiry over to a claim for you.' What? The package contained an item worth £565, it was about 60cm by 40cm and weighed approx 4kg. How can it be unaccounted for? It is either in the system at a depot somewhere or it has been stolen. I have no proof that Evri have either investigated or that they have been in touch with Parcel2Go. It is impossible to get in touch with Evri. The item was a music product and the recipient's children had bought it for his 50th birthday. I have asked Parcel2Go for compensation or that the package is found. I have received no reply from Parcel2Go who do not seem to care at all about their customers or their valuable parcels. Update 10 Jan I have received emails from Parcel2Go saying they will compensate £20!!!! Truly awful, they clearly don't care about their customers or the packages they send. If it has been in their system and then no longer 'accounted' for as they claim then it has been stolen. If it has been stolen whilst in their possession then they are responsible and it needs proper investigation. Evri/Hermes have been featured on Joe Lycette's show for auctioning customers' undelivered packages (even though they were clearly labelled) Look it up on YouTube - 'Your Packages Are Sent To Auctions'. Parcel2Go and Evri have thousands of complaints about missing and undelivered packages. This is a national scandal and these companies must not be allowed to get away with it. No-one uses a courier service expecting a chance that their package will be 'lost' or stolen. They use a courier service to deliver a parcel as they are contracted to do - however they try to wriggle out of it they have breached their contract. Parcel2Go's CEO has contacted me and repeated their £20 offer which I have rejected. He even writes how valuable his customers are!!!! What an insult. I expect fair and proper compensation for my buyer. Parcel2Go and Evri - it is the right thing to do by your customers when you are responsible for things going wrong. Do the right thing. I have not received a response from Parcel2Go - more updates to follow Update 19 Jan Yes that's right a whole 9 days since the last update and the only thing that has changed is they think they might know where the package is and there is a 'good chance' it will be delivered!!!!! They are now blaming a backlog for all the problems. Asked for any further update from the CEO (after another week goes by!!) and had nothing back!!! They have until the end of this week to sort this out or we will all be taking legal action. Shocking company. 'An Evri driver was captured on video delivering an item and taking a picture, before returning to steal it. The driver was sacked and the incident was reported to the police.' A news report! Regulator Ofcom said the customer service some people experience when a delivery goes wrong 'simply isn't good enough'. Jan 20 Update After yet another email to George Iveson CEO at Parcel2Go he has finally come back with: 'Unfortunately, they have confirmed today that due to there being no further tracking updates alongside the time elapsed they have officially classed the item as lost within the network.' So now they're saying they've lost it twice!! He has offered £50 compensation which I have rejected. I gave Parce2Go/Evri a deadline of 12 today to either find the package or compensate the full amount my buyer paid. I have heard nothing. I have written to the press to investigate them. I believe the CEO at Parcel2Go is on annual leave - how dare he! With our money! Date of experience: 06 January 2023
