Extremely disappointed and my trust was betrayed. Upon further investigation I discovered that…read moreActive Family Wellness was not in fact Active Care which was also in Fairfax. I provided my attorney information to the office and was under the impression that they were already in contact but the later find there was no affiliation. My trust was completely lost. I've been going to the correct practice which has a similar name and I've felt 1000% better with only 4 visits after being in terrible pain and trouble walking. last visit to Active Family Wellness I expressed that I was in pain and I mentioned to the office manager that I was in too much pain and I wanted to skip the tense pressure before the adjustment and I was told "You have to do it". which was so painful it brought me to tears and I didn't feel any better. Additional I was made to sign paperwork agreeing to pay a detailed breakdown of the when I have health insurance which I was completely caught of guard by. How can I know what the projected cost be for medical treatment? What ICD coding would be used for long term treatment? I don't appreciate being sold this "fallacy" of care knowing that I wasn't the first patient this happened to. Disappointed.

I had been recommended to Dr. Fisher by a coworker who's been seeing Dr. Fisher for occasional needs for himself and for his family for over 15 years. I have recommended him to all my family, friends, and colleagues and even to people I met during my travels that talk about chiropractic care. Those that have gone and been treated by him will attest they feel much better than when they walked in. For example, I badly tweaked my back the morning of 5/22/2025, I had trouble standing up straight, sitting down, walking, and even bending over to tie my shoelaces. I messaged him that afternoon and he squeezed me that day to be treated, which shows Dr. Ian Huang really cares about his patients. He always takes the time to talk with you and check-in, not like other chiropractic centers that you are in and out in less than 3 minutes. Over the years, through Dr. Ian Huang's adjustments, my pain management has been significantly reduced, to the point it is negligible. My posture and functions have dramatically improved. Whenever I ask questions or want to learn about any of the treatments, Dr. Ian Huang always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The Huang Wellness Center in Chantilly, VA, with Dr. Ian Huang has truly been a positive experience.
