She had the confidence and experience I needed as I prepared for a VBAC. During labor, she helped me move through different positions to encourage my baby's descent. She provided hands-on support and, when I needed it, tough love. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be there in the moments after the most empowering experience of my life.
