Terrible customer service. The stealth tech doesn't work. Sending it all back. No one helps. No one can come out to help set up. No one knows anything. Then you call their helpline and sit on hold for 1hr plus and still no one picks up. Save yourself the time and frustration and don't get the stealth tech or the lovesac. Piss poor Worked for a week and now its just frustrating. It sounds like an echo dot. No one answers their phones and no one knows what they're doing. read more

Looks like something purchased at Walmart, certainly not a couch costing almost $ 7000. I have added a number of photos to illustrate the problems. Numerous Assembly Problems: Sections would not line up, I had to switch sections to meet with other sections in order for them to fit. The sections are not interchangeable. Some pieces never fit together. The assembly was difficult to say the least. It took most of the day to assemble, not the two hours suggested in the videos. Covers were impossible to slip over the modules. Covers didn't fit period, twisting to one side and did not go on straight. I could not get the covers to fit so they looked tight. Honestly we purchased the couch thinking we would be able to wash the covers easily, but I seriously doubt the covers would ever go back on. The worst covers were over the cushions, they didn't lay tight and left waves on the places where people sat. Durability is an issued, as the cover fabric balled up in the very few times it was sat on. For some reason when sitting on the couch you were pushed off slowly, it was like the couch was pulling your forward, which made it impossible to attain any level of comfort. The cushions didn't fit and overhung the end of the couch so maybe that was the reason why?? We returned the modules but the covers we are apparently stuck with even though they were defective. In fairness LoveSac refunded us for the base pieces but not the covers which made this a $ 3700 error. The people at the store are friendly, and were decent about the return, it's just the product which is poorly made and the design needs work. read more

Do not waste your time or your money. My husband and I just moved and had heard great things about this couch. We were excited to get the new couch for the new house. We decided to spend the money and get this crazy cool couch. I have two kids and a dog and felt that the fact that you could wash was a huge selling point. We dealt with Wayne and the Kierland location, who was really nice but they use this adobe program to verify which sucks. It took me several times to verify my identify which, I have never had to do with any other company. After finally ordering this couch, over 10,000 dollars later, the order was delivered in pieces over a week. They use Fedex to delivery their very large and heavy boxes. I had to drag these boxes in one by one with my 11 year old son. In some of the videos from the doorbell cam the Fedex driver can be seen tossing the boxes to the door, I don't blame him. It is a ton of boxes. (After completing the return I estimate 980 lbs total). They ship ground instead of freight. I have no idea why they would do this. Totally ridiculous since the Fedex ground drivers are not prepared for this amount of items. In total for our 10 seat 12 side order there were 32 boxes delivered. It took me at least 3 hours to unbox a third. They are heavy and not the easiest to get put together on your own. Plus, the amount of boxes to dispose of is ridiculous. Unless you have an company sized recycle box, getting rid of these boxes would take you months. Which, for a company that prides itself on being eco friendly is nuts. We were not told that we would have to dispose and put together this large couch on our own. If you are going to spend the money go somewhere else. When we asked if there was anyway to get support with all of this they simply said, "no", and were ok with just returning everything. I had to rebox everything myself. Also, now Fedex has to come back. If they are going to ship that many boxes, I am not sure why they don't have their own delivery service. I feel like they are just passing the buck. Maybe the high prices are to cover the cost of all the lost sales. Never again! read more

I am shocked at the lack of customer service at lovesac. We ordered a couch in the Fashion Square store in the middle of November and paid $15,000 for a 1 to 1 1/2 week delivery. After not hearing from them by December, we reached out to their customer service. Instead of responding in 24 hours as advertised, they responded in 72 hours and told us that four or five of the pieces were on backorder so therefore the entire couch had been held up and would not be able to be shipped until late December or January AFTER THE HOLIDAYS. I am right now in the process of trying to cancel my order and finding an alternative. read more

Why would anyone spend over $5,000 for a Queen sized sectional, only to have the showrooms payment system break down (that took a week to process/fix) and then a broken bottom piece was delivered, and putting everything together is taking three weeks, because we had to get the broken piece reboxed up and shipped back. What a nightmare! We only bought lovesac because a friend loves hers, and they have washable covers. Beware of Made in China! What a waste of our hard earned monies!!!!! Pricier than high end furniture stores but Walmart delivery piece by piece by piece by piece; this is a very low end business with high end prices! We are shopping for other furniture at high end name brand places; no more tossing away our money! read more

Zero stars. Maybe negative stars if we're being honest. I am fairly certain this is the worst customer service I have ever had. We ordered a love pillow that was supposed to be here before Christmas. It never showed up. Emailed customer service and got no response. Called them, and we were told our order was on backorder. We never received an email notification about the backorder. I have emailed twice now with no response. I have tried to chat with them twice to get an update- I get a busy notification with no options to wait and speak with someone. AND I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A BILL. I have no idea when/if we are receiving this thing and I'm supposed to start paying for it??? UGH. read more

We ordered and paid for a 6 seats with side pieces. My husband arranged for delivery and set up with the store's manager. He is 71 and I have cancer. 4 days before we were informed they couldn't set up. 4 days before they couldn't deliver. Jennifer is the manager and she didn't call me back as she promised. Spoke with Jean at the store. She shouldn't be in customer service. Still waiting to get money back as we never received our order. Not ordering the second set we planned and telling everyone to stay away. Talked to Fashion Square store and they were equally unhelpful. Poor customer service all the way around. read more

We were in the market for a new couch and after seeing the Lovesac Sactionals at Costco during their road show we decided to stop by the local storefront at Kierland. We were welcomed into the store by Alexana and the store manager Jennifer. Alex did an excellent job explaining how the Sactional system works and even asked to see pictures of our house so she could help pick out the fabric color. We ended up purchasing 9 seats, 11 sides with the padded velvet toupee cover (Alex's recommendation), and the You table for an accent on the ottoman. Exactly 1 week after ordering the system all of the pieces arrived at the house via FedEx. I unboxed and set the couch(es) up the very same day (a ton of work but well worth it! These are excellent quality and we are extremely pleased with it, couldn't be happier. Alex and Jennifer were great to work with, Alex even offered to come over and help set up (as you would imagine there are a lot of pieces). We love our lovesac ... stopped in several times to be sure she knew what we wanted to order. Jennifer was so helpful. Followed up with an email to inform us our pillowsac would be delayed. Checked in with us once our seats and sides were delivered. Not going to lie it was a labor of love to our together so if your not up for it I say pay the extra money to have someone do it for you. I was lucky to have a day off work and was able to tackle it myself. Once it was all together we were so happy with the purchase and continue to enjoy the flexibility of the couch. :) read more

After some problems with an online order I came into the store. Jennifer helped on two different occasions and she was amazing and so helpful.
