We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. They pulled the codes and swore that was it! The rest of my diagnostic was, I will need brakes soon, my headlights need replaced, and my tires will need replaced at some point! Save yourself the money and have a 5 year old diagnosis it, it's got to be better than what they do! All the good reviews are from the people that owned it prior, they were a good and honest family! If you question them, then Travis (the manager) gets mad and is a comp JERK. The owner Hart will not return message, so basically they just screw you!
