As well as doing a terrible job replacing my EGR. Which was not installed properly. I have continuously had to put up with a whistling from the EGR that was put on and the bellows is bent. Those are from other mechanics that have experienced these problems. I've called and been in communication with them. Trying to get back to their shop to take care of the matter. But unfortunately 1hour away from their shop on a Saturday when they close @ 12noon. He wouldn't offer to stay an hour or two over to take care of the matter. So at this point that let's me know that I am really not valued as a customer. So I have to go elsewhere to get the job done RIGHT. I feel they should foot the bill from another credible repair shop. Preferably Freightliner! That's my experience and story.
