When I went to pick up my truck, it had bird droppings on it. The exterior was waxed over bugs on the front of the grill. The door jams, trunk and some vinyl on the interior was not wiped down. As I'm sure you can imagine, it had seen it's share of grime, monster spills, food debris and such. It was kinda gnarly to be honest. From the beginning I was impressed with the professional communication. I was satisfied with the price he quoted me, and we scheduled the service for a Saturday afternoon. The young man arrived to perform the service and was very professional in demeanor as well as clean cut in appearance. I unlocked the truck for him and let him go at it. And boy did he go at it! After an hour and a half or so the job was complete. I took a quick look inside and my initial impression was that the truck had just came from the dealership brand new. Every crevice was spotless, the floors and mats were as clean as could be, and it even smelled like a new car! I am highly impressed, and am highly satisfied with this young man's work. I don't think that anyone would be disappointed in his service, and any concerns about inviting him to your residence should be non-existent. As such, I give his company 5 well deserved stars, and I'm not an easy person to impress. Well done!

This guy wrote back to me with a flat fee of $200, which sounded great. When I asked how long he would have the car, he said two hours if no pet hair. I reminded him that there was pet hair, and suddenly the rate became $300. I get that pet hair is a huge pain! I don't mind that he charges $300 for it. What I do mind is that he pretended not to know I had dog hair in the car so he could make me a low offer, then added it on later once he had my attention. I tried to discuss this with him, and he kept telling me to just go to another detailer if I didn't like his price. I was still trying to explain that it wasn't about his price, it was about the way he lowballed me up front only to raise the price later. He never acknowledged this and just kept arguing about how fair his price is. Either he's not smart enough to understand my point or he's too shady to admit he did something wrong. Either way, I can see why so many of these reviews badmouth this guy.
