MOOD: On the hunt for Oregon souvenirs. REVIEW: This is my 2nd visit to this Love's. It's so clean and spacious inside! The employees were friendly and I was able to get some snacks quickly and get back on the road. My only negative was that they had the exact same postcards and souvenirs that were there in the Fall of 2025. I looked all over Oregon for souvenirs and postcards! Not a deal breaker, obvi, just a bit sad. Looking forward to my 3rd visit here in the near future. Stopped in here on a drive to Portland. The whole place was incredibly clean, including the bathrooms. They were pretty well stocked and the cashier was really friendly! I'd absolutely stop here again. read more

Clean facilities, friendly cashier who even complimented me. That's why I'm perplexed about the poor reviews this place has received. I was afraid at first due to the reviews, but this place is way better than stopping at your regular rest stops in the side of the road. Bathrooms are way cleaner than rest stops, if you need snacks or drinks they have it all. There's even souvenir shopping if that's your jam. One of my traveling buddies was so impressed it was her first time to experience a travel center vs. rest stop. I assured her there are more like it and even larger. This was my first time stopping at a Love's and I was really impressed. We stopped because several of us urgently needed a restroom while crawling along in traffic after an event in Eugene. Gas is still over $4 a gallon and that's whack. But with the 10c discount for scanning my Love's app, it's just a bit less painful. This is as nice a Love's as I've been to in my travels. Easy to access for larger vehicles as they also have a truck service area. Inside, decently clean restrooms and of course, plenty of snacks and drinks. The coffee area was clean and well stocked this afternoon. Parking lot was clean and I love that they have the longer sticks on the squeegees as it's otherwise not easy to get the whole windshield on my Sprinter van! The gas prices are always lower than any other gas stations around! They have the cleanliest bathrooms for travelers also.

The attendant daisy was very rude! I had a bunch of souvenirs in my hands so I asked the other attendant if I could set them down at her register. She agreed so I could get my coffee ready. When I turned around daisy has just walked in and rudely asked me where all my things were. I pointed to the stack of items on the counter. She didn't say a word to me after that. So I found her and asked why she asked me that and she basically said she thought I was stealing them! When we were putting gas, had our dog out walking. Like do you think I'm That dumb! To risk all my life for some 5$ Knick knacks. Fuck you daisy. She even told me not to come back so I'll be calling corporate on her come a work day. read more

Washers were out of order and even though they were In use, besides the customer service was excellent! I Lost my key fob and nothing was open so I had to stay over night. They were patient and understanding of my family and I during our trip from another state. read more

There cashiers seem to have a horrible attitude. A few weeks ago, I saw a cashier being totally disrespectful to a customer. The customer was asking a question about the gas pumps apparently, he was having issues with it. Instead of trying to help out the customer Nate the cashier was just being completely rude snarky remarks, defensive posture and when he asked for the manager the cashier Nate said it's your word against mine. Now I don't know what all led up to that issue. Well now 3 days I interact with him on the diesel side of the store. I go up to pay no cashier. Nate the cashier comes from outside and I jokingly say I thought it was free since there was no cashier. Nate then says well then, your ass would be arrested. I told him it was only a joke no need for the attitude. He then threated to refuse service to me since he has the right to. I also asked to speak to a manager, but they never showed. Then as I was leaving, he said I'm untouchable laughing. I will never step foot in that store again. Apparently, management doesn't care about customer service. read more

This is a new station! They had some staffing issues at first, but that seems to have been ironed out. I've always gotten consistent service at the pump and inside. Well kept and well stocked! I love that we no longer ever have to use the Santiam rest area again because there's a clean,safe, and well lit truck stop right there now. read more

Bait and switch. Diesel credit on the sign says $4.68. At the pump it's $5.03. Manager claims it's PUC tax. But there's also "$5.08w/PUC)" on the hiway sign. So manager says "well, the sign is broken". I've found a dozen bait and switch complaints about them. Do not patronize these crooks! read more

I have to give this loves 5 starts, from the nice parking lot to the inside of the store, clean restrooms and showers with running hot water, they have a lot of products and goods even though I prefer to go to the Walmart or local grocery if I get the chance, the employees are very nice and talkative, there is a Arby's restaurant inside and I believe it's a taco truck not to far from the truck stop within walking distance. read more

Extremely rude customer service from Onika and her manager David. These two we're looking for excuses to not do their job while laughing about it. Onika was pouting and sucking on a vape pen when asked to fill my propane tank which I have filled many times without issue at this location. They were giggling and joking behind my back. David and Onika appear to be romantically involved which is very unprofessional. Would not recommend this Loves or any other Loves if they hire such rude people. Very nice surprise! Although it is a stop for trucks it was very comfortable for anyone. First of all, cleanest bathrooms ever, the store /adjacent Arbys and the grounds/gas pump area also. There is a small fenced dog area that was clean and had a picnic table as well. All kinds of food and drink choices. Wonderfully friendly staff. I have driven across country so many times, I have real stringent criteria for travel stops. My sister regularly drives from Oklahoma to New Mexico to California to Oregon. She too is very picky about her travel stops. We have actually had conversations about how much we like Love's and look for them while we're on the road, because yes they always have a good price for gas and their bathrooms are spotless. This love has the nicest Bathrooms I have ever seen. Fancy tile, recessed sinks and the bathrooms have not one but two hooks in the stalls! Kudos to you Love's I was already a fan but now I'm impressed. read more

Good truck stop lots of items,pet area,super clean restrooms,friendly staff,has an arbys in it but the real reason I stopped was there's a food truck place next to it. Indian,Mexican,Barbaque,hamburger,breakfast,ice cream.Im not one to turn down a taco. I would've took more pictures inside but it's super busy,lots of ppl didn't want to look like a creeper. It delighted me so much that I definitely bought a few extra trinkets. I mean there was hand sanitizer outside the restroom that you could use after touching the restroom doors. So very impressed with the new store!! Not only is it of course clean, and had all the new bells and whistles.. but the 24 hours arby's was staffed by amazing people. AND THAN, we had questions about our "need to us" RV, such as the tranny fluid: " where do we add more? " and "why does it look like that?" , the manager, Bret, that was there to help train the new team, was so very willing to help us out!!! This Loves is probably the cleanest most comfortable one I've been to and I've been to pretty much all of them. The shower was super clean and smelled fresh. And there's a food truck court right next door with several choices. I went with the Mexican taco truck which was excellent. Spoke with the owner and they're from SoCal so they know their stuff.
