R.I.P Rite Aid, I will miss looking at the toy section looking for Mario figures, I remember getting ice Luigi and 8-bit link in the 2.5 inch from Jakks pacific in 2019, and also got captured bullet bill from there in late 2020, and the last being bob omb in late 2021, I will miss this place and will never be forgotten. So I was helped by a very nice woman today, she had said something to me before I left since I was buying pull ups for my daughter about if I got the wrong size then i could bring the receipt back and exchange. I hadn't thought about it then because I had my mind distracted by my daughter and then when i got home and my daughter went to the bathroom i went to get a pull up and noticed that they looked different and then i realized this isn't going to fit her bum and realized i bought the wrong size and i was like wow irony. So i went back and she did the exchange for me,very nice about it, I would go back and get her services again more than happily. However having said that James the manager on duty today Monday April 30 2012 was a really big prick this cashier lady had to call to get his attention like 3 times before getting on the loud speaker and half way through calling him even though he was literally 15-20 feet away he was like "im coming" in a snappy voice THEN she hung up the phone intercom thing and he was like uh say thank you and she had to pick it back up and say it I was very shocked he wants her to say thank you for HIM ignoring her then doesn't say "please say thank you" what a jack ass for real. And yes James if you read this I was giving you very dirty looks you stared right at me in no job should a manager or superior treat their employees and fellow workers like that. I hope that your supervisor or the owner of the store see's this and re evaluates you and your position in the store because quite frankly you should be superior to no one with your attitude and level of respect. It shouldn't have taken you that long to help and open another register, i'm not sure if you were socializing with the older couple or giving directions regardless you should have told your employee you'd be there soon after speaking to them INSTEAD of ignoring her. You also should have opened another cash register before more than 5 people started lining up it's very rude service especially when a manager, someone who is suppose to be a prime example of how the store should be ran and what the employees should strive to be like is acting irresponsible and like a jackass. Overall I sincerely hope that the owner of the store or whoever is over this individual decides to at the very least have a talk with this individual and I hope that lady gets more respect from him. read more

Our local Rite Aid pharmacy used to be a wonderful pharmacy to use. The pharmacist and techs were the same group of people everyday, and they knew their customers! Now, employees are rotated around the entire region, rarely look familiar, and are inept at customer service. A few days ago, I requested refills of some scripts for myself and family members. I went to pick them up 2 days later and two hadn't been refilled yet! The next day, I was told that one script was still working its way down the line. 4 days after requesting a simple refill, I was finally able to pick it up. Today, I attempted to call the pharmacy with an important question concerning a script. I began calling at around 1:00 pm. I would select 3 from the phone menu and wait to be directed to the pharmacist. The phone rang repeatedly before sending me back into the phone menu where I continued this cycle for nearly 10 minutes. This went on many times for hours! At about 5:45pm, the phone was answered after the 8th time I was sent back into the phone menu. An angry tech barked "I have 3 calls in front of you!" And loudly slammed the phone into its cradle. It is now 8:21 pm and after 100s of attempts, my question has gone unanswered and the only person I spoke to hung up on me. A few minutes ago, I was again going in circles through the phone menu when I finally decided to call the store itself to find out if there had been some type of emergency situation that was causing problems. The very nice cashier told me that he would go back and talk to the manager of the pharmacy area, who happened to be working tonight. He came back to the phone and said that he was transferring me to the manager. I was on hold for 7 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone. I don't know what has happened to the pharmacy department that has lead to so many rotten experiences with the techs, the pharmacists, or even the pharmacy department managers, but if this is how you treat your customers, I will be taking my family's business elsewhere! read more

Good prices, great for buying cheap candy and amazon gift cards. There's usually just one register open.

Can't say I'm impressed with one of the pharmacy techs. Every time we go in there she is rude and acts like we are inconveniencing her. The front of the store is friendly tho and the pharmacist is kind and helpful. read more

1st time using Rite Aid Pharmacy and I am so impressed. My insurance did not cover the medication I needed for my son well at all and was going to cost me over $100. But Ken found a discount card for me and saved me over $80! Then had to have another rx filled for my other son and they were willing to once again hook me up with the amazing savings. Walgreens was the more convenient pharmacy for the 2nd rx we needed filled but they would not help us with any discounts so we waited until Rite Aid was open again and Sabrina helped me get the same discount I had received the day prior. If that's not the best customer service I don't know what it. I am so appreciative of the help and willingness to put my kids 1st and make it so I could afford to help get my kids better. You will be my pharmacy from here on out no matter if it isn't as convenient or not. Thank you so much for going above and beyond what you had to do! read more
