I have been there when 5 or 6 people were in line and also at times when there was no one in line. They have had staffing problems. No one likes to get yelled at every day. Today I called and they said they never had a claim sent but gave me the number for the pharmacy to call if they had any troubles. I let CVS know snaps I was told they didn't have time! We cannot afford to pay fill price out of pocket because they don't have time to take the time to do their job right! Each time we go there, there's an issue and they take at least an hour...we've transferred pharmacies!
