" station clerk, suddenly he was only able to speak a very limited English". I had given KUNAL the clerk $40 cash for gas at the self serve pump. The pump window said "thanks for coming, etc. and no gas came out of the pump. I called the attendent over, or I tried to get the attendent over to correct the pump. It needed to be reset, since it just looked at me with the thanks for coming on its display. He took me $40 recite into the clerk and as I was waiting for him to correct it, a $6.12 charge appeared on the pump.????? went in to get my $40 back, since no gas had come out of the hose. KUKAL wouldnt give it back, and one deranged idiot was giving me crap, and another "big man" moran with his girlfriend was giving me crap, nether of them intelligent enough to understand that I was being SCAMMED!!! They are also one of the few stations in the area where you can get a propane tanked filled rather than a tank exchange program.

This was extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and unnecessary, especially considering the employee had unlocked the restroom and allowed me to use it in the first place. No customer should be treated like that. Management should seriously address this employee's behavior. If it isn't handled appropriately, I will consider taking further action regarding how this situation was handled.
