Let me start with the bad: I absolutely hate hard sales, but what I hate worse is being bothered and followed around the store so I can hear someone elses input when it is not asked for. I know the questions I have, leave me alone and wait til asked. I got a great deal...I liked one of the girls. At the end of the day I wasn't too thrilled with the suggested item I purchased. Everything else I liked. read more

It was the day before Valentine's Day I dropped about $400. It wasn't until after I cashed out that I saw if you signed up for their rewards program they give you 20% off. So I asked my cashier why she didn't inform me of this while I was checking out... That would've been good customer service and would've saved me some money and I would've been a lot happier. I was satisfied with my purchase but finding out that I could've saved some money and she didn't say anything is what really set me off. The response was "oh I thought you were a rewards member already "...... what?! We never went over the rewards program...??? Send was no question of hey do you want to sign up for the rewards program? And then she responds again with "I hope we can still be friends" wtf Who responds like that? I was completely happy with my purchase until I found out about the rewards program and her snotty responses is what turned my mood If I had only dropped about $60 I wouldn't have minded at all but the fact that I dropped $400 and those were her responses... She said the next time I come in the rewards discount can be applied... I'm not gonna drop another $400 on my next purchase read more

Great little store, the staff makes it wonderful. I called ConRev on Wednesday after realizing thought my Nav that there was one in San Clemente (I've always went to Costa Mesa). I forgot the name of the female who helped me, I think it starts with a C. Anyway, with my piss-poor description of my 6 year old vibrator, she was able to identify it and confirm they had one. I drove through some terrible traffic and then met my first and only problem with ConRev. If you think Costa Mesa has bad parking (if you go on an evening and the Italian place is crowded, the parking is jacked) - you'll hate this one (the parking, that is). I drove in 4 circles before finally giving up on a parking spot opening (there's a line of stores, and a handful of parking spots - horrible HORRIBLE parking). I ended up parking across the street in a restaurant lot, grabbed a burger and soda out of fear of towing, told the restaurant dude I was going to stay there and hit up the toy store (not a lie, imo) - he obliged, they only care if it's overnight, fyi!! I was greeted by an amazing woman, and I'm bad with names - I think it was Allison but I may be wrong, it started with an A, I think (I'm going back to see her, regardless, so I'll find out). She had my vibrator waiting for me, and then was quick to help me with all other products; c**k rings, lubes, gels, sprays, etc.. I value honesty when purchasing something I can't return, and she was straight up on what's "cheap" and what's not. We ended up having a great conversation and I'm definitely going to come back and face the awful parking in order to receive the same stellar service again. In regards to prices, their toys and such are priced well. With the lingerie and things, I'd probably go elsewhere to FoH, VS, etc. because they (mainly FoH) have a bigger selection, better sales, and prices. I think the lube/oil samples could go down a bit in price, but it's not a big issue. In regards to the full-sized lubes, I haven't bought one yet but after trying the JO brand I'm going to get a full-size of that. It's hands down the BEST lube I've tried. In summary, I highly recommend this place because the service is exceptional. If you're sassy and vulgar like myself, go in when Allison (or the A-name) is working. She's awesome!! read more

This place has always been a favorite of mine but I recently went in for some Valentine treats for my hubby and had the extreme pleasure of meeting and being assisted by Ary. By far the best shopping experience I've had in a very long time! His knowledge of the products, his friendliness, his sense of humor, his ability to connect with people, THE BEST!!! Such an asset to the company and to the public in general. I will be taking the instructional classes coming up especially because I know Ary will be leading them and I can't wait to see him again. Go see him for a shopping experience of a lifetime! Love you Ary!! read more

First of all I want to say that tonight was my second time in this store, the first experience was awesome, a super friendly girl but tonight I went in and Ary was working and he was AMAZING. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He was so so so helpful, funny and made me so comfortable. He was super knowledgeable on basically everything as well. Thank you Ary for being the coolest. Conrev, this guy deserves a pay raise/promotion ASAP! read more

What a wonderful store! Had to take a far drive but finally found a place that was a one stop shop. Mardy helped both my partner and I find things we were interested in and comfortable with! Very knowledgable with products and their use and even showed us all the great deals they have! Ended up getting a handful of panties cheaper than VS! If you happen to come by and she's here, she'll help you find whatever you need! read more

Ary was a great help. Very informative and very funny! If your in the area make sure to stop by and grab some toys.

Nicole and Ary have been so wonderful that they made shopping here seem so easy. They were very knowledgeable and very genuine people that it was a very pleasant shopping experience. No awkwardness whatsoever. I would def recommend this location to anyone. Both were very accommodating in answering anything that I had a question on. read more

I like this place. They give the 40 percent off which is nice. I always get lingerie here with my bf. Im on the curvy side and everything fits just right, even the one size fits all. I have also purchased massage oil, sex dice, and a few other things. They always have coupons which encourage you to come back. They also do military discounts read more

I just had a great experience at thus Con Rev. It's not as big as the con rev in Costa Mesa so it didn't have stripper shoes but had so many cute Halloween costumes and panties were 5 for $20; that's a steal bc they are reg $13 each. Employee there was super helpful and not in your face like other Con Revs I've been to where they are just following you around trying to give you tips. Only 4 starts bc not as big as other Con Revs, therefore less inventory. read more

The ladies that work here are very knowledgable about each item. They're super sweet and didn't make my first time going there, last year, uncomfortable. I go there all the time now and hubby even had one of those rewards cards! (: read more

Nice selection of toys, oils but very pricy. No adult dvds to speak of. Not much of an adult store when you dont carry adult video.

Me and my Girlfriend are regulars to this store and always will be cause the staff is always amazing and the store has a great collection of Intimate Packages from Toys, Lingerie, Books, Games ect... I want to make a shout out for Ary!!! He helped me late evening on Saturday Night. He was very knowledgable, friendly, gave recommendations that helped me narrow what I needed to get for me and the girlfriend, not to mention a great salesman!!! The recomdations he gave with the info I gave him for what I was looking for were phenomenal. ConRev you are lucky to have Ary on your team and the rest of your staff !!! I am grateful that Sean was able to assist me when I went to go buy a gift for my wife for valentine's day. He recommended me a product that first seemed very pricey for me but after he explained to me in detail about the history behind the product he was recommending it made a whole lot of sense to go with the more expensive option. I do not regret going with Sean's recommendation to this day. read more

I have visited this store only 2 times but each time I have had a great experience. A guy named Archie, I think, helped me each time, he is the one with brown curly hair. He was able to help me find the right items that fit my needs and budget. He was able to make me feel very comfortable being in the store and he was also very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I would honestly go back to the store just to say hello to the worker again, that's how awesome he was. I would highly recommend coming here. read more

I have came into this store twice and have been helped by the same guy named I think Archie (sorry if I got the name wrong but he has curly brown hair). But each time he has made my visit amazing. He is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable about the items they sell. He made the wall of toys look less intimidating by breaking down what was happening and made sure to introduce me to items that fit my needs. I would honestly come back to the store just to say hello to him! read more

Amazing customer service and super knowledgeable. They were very helpful. They have a wide variety of inventory.

I have not been here since I moved away from OC, but it definately deserves an honarable mention from me. I love the employees here they always are amazingly helpful, kind and completely un-creepy.. In fact I had a guy find me my now absolute favortie toy, it kind of changed my life ;) read more

I would like to first state that this is hands down the BEST customer service I have ever received, specifically because of Ary. It did not feel like I was being helped because the employees "had" to help me. I went to this shop without a clue as to what exactly I wanted. The last adult shop I had gone to was well over four years ago, and so I went in feeling somewhat awkward and reserved. Ary made me feel comfortable and spoke to me as if we were friends. I was assisted beyond my initial expectation and am extremely impressed with the balance of professionalism, respect, and humor Ary conveyed. Ary was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently helped me find what I wanted. I left satisfied and will 100% return. read more
