My daughter had been looking at many gowns in other shops and sent me pictures of herself in samples. Although they were priced super expensive, the quality of the fabric was terrible. I could see that the fabric weight and color on any of them were not the best choice at all. Who were they kidding? Because Judy has about 600-700 gowns available, both my daughter and I thought this shop would be a great baseline to compare with others,. We called and made an appt and arrived on the 21st. Apparently I got the month wrong because it was April 21st and I thought it was March 21st. NTL, Judy accommodated us later that day and my daughter was lucky enough to find the style she was looking for on the same day. Unlike the other samples in previous shops. the gown from Judy's shop was beautifully made and fit so well. The fabric weight and sheen were exactly what an experienced designer would want to show off their design. There was just no comparison to the others. Judy's service was excellent; She's very nice and an honest business woman with a lot of knowledge about this specialty. Let her help you with the process and be honest about where you are, what you know and don't know about shopping for gowns, what your expectations are as well as your budget so she can guide you with your specific needs. Her designer selections cover just about every style. And there is value to be found in a well made gown that is not overpriced. When you don't overpay, you do get more quality for your money and that is where the lesson of value is enhanced in luxury. Nazzi was able to remove a significant amount of train to the perfect length (shorter without being too short, because of my venue and stairs), add a slit to the chest, trim the sleeves to be more flattering, and added additional lace to the sleeves/chest for more detailing. She also altered the dress to be significantly smaller and was willing to wait a bit as I was losing weight for my wedding. +CUSTOM BOW OF MY DREAMS. I really wanted a bow with multicolored flowers that matched my dress. Nazzi helped me find materials for it and made it come true, mocking up each appliqué with me. It is beautiful and I will treasure it forever. +FAIR AND DIRECT. Nazzi's pricing was fair, and she was honest about what is needed and cost negotiations. At the initial fitting, the dress was pinned and the original silhouette and proportions were intact. After the alterations were completed, the dress appeared materially different from its original state. The skirt had noticeably less volume and flow, the proportions at the waist were altered, and the overall silhouette no longer resembled how the dress appeared prior to alterations. I raised these concerns immediately and asked for an explanation and to pause further work. However, my concerns about the alteration outcome were not meaningfully addressed, and no clear corrective solution was offered. Given the significance of a wedding gown and the cost of the service, I was disappointed by both the outcome of the alterations and the lack of resolution offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to other brides.

The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.
