We spent a long time trying to decide what to buy and then as soon as she checked us out; she said it won't work and she can't do anything about it. She wasted our time with all her ignorance as a store manager not even an apology. She just doesn't care really! Don't go to this store.

I haven't wandered into Victoria's Secret in a while so it took me by surprise when there was a…read moreclearance wall with sports bras and bralettes for under $8. Of course me being the bargain queen, I spent 90% of my time in that section. The other 10% of the time I was gawking at the bras that I would never have the kahones to spend $50 on. I found two bras from the sales rack and approached the fitting room. The associate was extremely helpful and pleasant in assisting me with any of my needs. One of the two bras fit perfectly so I got in line behind a group of 4 women who were at the counter, a single woman, another two women, and one more single woman. I thought by our massive line through the perfume section, that they would call another sales associate to the register. They didn't. By the time 5 minutes passed, I realized that the four women were doing individual transactions. Finally the next woman in line got up to the register and her sale was taking even longer than the four before her. At that point I realized I was going to be waiting at least 20 minutes before I could reach the front of the line. It was not worth my time and I ended up walking out. It was disappointing that there was no communication between the register and the front of the store where there were at least three other employees who could assist.

My alterations on my dress was botched and redone and botched again, but the women were awesome that worked in alterations. I paid a fortune for alterations in the end when they really should have given me a discount for having me drive out there and stay for an hour and then have to leave my dress again because it was messed up and then have to pick up 2 days before my wedding. The manager of the entire place is super unfriendly and very rude to me when the alterations department made us go past closing time (wasn't my fault!) Here is why I wanted to leave a review..I got my veil from there and it was an ivory that matched my dress...well, when I purchased it off the rack, one of the girls working went and grabbed a new one from the back that was in a bag. Idiot me trusted the worker and didn't take it out to make sure it was the right one. Come picture time on my wedding day, literally like 2 hrs before the ceremony, I take it out and put it on and my mom makes a big deal about how it doesn't match my dress. I look and it is bright white! Totally clashed my dress and for $200, I wanted what I paid for! I had to take pics with it but my awesome mother in law got David's Bridal on the phone and somehow got them to hand deliver an ivory veil right before the ceremony. Tag on it said $189 and mine was $199 so it obviously wasn't same one but whatever at that point. Although they screwed up, I'm so thankful they delivered one because I was upset. I'm sad the pictures had to be taken with the bright white one but that's less important than the ceremony. It all worked out, thankfully. I spent about $2500 there so it's the least they could do for almost ruining my bridal "look" and getting my mom in an uproar.

Ingrid also helped me get my mothers dress and helped her so much so that meant a lot to me! The managers are really nice too I traded my stash out and my veil and they accommodated me to return it so I was really happy about that they did what was best to make me happy. Maria who did my alterations did amazing as well she is so sweet and I'm glad that she did everything I needed to do to fit my needs of how I wanted my dress to be! Easy to enjoy this random mess of brands from K-Mart trash to rather high end sporting goods, the…read moremen's selection is complete hit and miss. Shoes tend to be the strong point at Ross with clothes being well into tenth place after TJ Maxx, Burlington, Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, Goodwill, the other Goodwill, Target, Kohls, and Walmart. There's a fun surprising mood here that not often treats my shopping tooth but that every so often I find a good find making it worth it!
