The sales floor feels very open, yet filled with a large selection of a wide variety of bedroom items. There seems to something here for anyone for nearly any occasion. The staff was beyond 5 stars. I had a hard time navigating such a large selection, and the manager immediately noticed I could use assistance. Umm, why is it that whenever i come into a lovers, there are girls that look well under 18 working here, and immediately when i step foot in the door, they ask to see my ID?? Thats kind of an unfair assumption about my age. I cant help that I look so good at 25 that people mistake me for under 18. I only hope i look this young when in 40!!!!! Honestly, it pains me greatly to write this. I spend a lot of money at this and the Lynnwood location. I also introduce a lot of friends to the stores and get them to buy lingerie, toys, condoms, lube, etc. I guess typically my friends and I go later towards night time. But since I'm having a lingerie party for my belated birthday, I wanted to help my friend find a really cute piece. We arrived around 1-ish? There was nobody in the parking lot. We walked in and the new(?) sales person didn't even turn around to greet us. So I waved a friendly, "Hello!" Maybe she was distracted? But it just wasn't what I was used to. So then my friend and I are browsing the lingerie and she didn't come over once to ask how we were finding everything. So I bit the bullet when she was pricing something and asked her if we could use her assistance. Now I know the struggles of being short-staffed. But this was not the high-quality customer service I have received in the past. I had to physically go up to her, feeling like I was bothering the woman every time I asked a question. "Hello! Um.. could I bother you to help lace my friend up with her corset?" And she tells me that since she's the only one on the floor, she is unable. I totally understand that, but she was at the very back of the store alone, pricing things just a bit earlier. It felt like the whole time we were there, she had everything more important than to assist us. I really love Lovers, and maybe this chick was having a bad day.. but I came away feeling guilty that I had bothered that woman so much. I didn't enjoy this experience and I didn't feel it was a decent first time Lovers experience for my friend. We are very familiar with retail and the people that come with it, but this.. was pretty unacceptable. Also, when other people would come in, she would just ignore them too. read more

I am not only impressed on how clean and organized the store is, but how inviting and helpful the staff is! Lindsey helped me much more than I was expecting. I bought a couple of items totaling over $150 with Tyler (has purple hair atm) ringing up my total. I leave the store & notice she double charged me on item. I'm down the street when I notice the mistake and immediately head back. Tyler and other worker name unknown told me the registered was closed and come back tomorrow. I showed up the next day and Tyler was there to "help" with the mistake. Instead of getting the money back, she charged me again. So instead of being charged 2x it's 3x. I go back a 3rd time to get my refund back and ask for the manger. Tyler is here again and gives me a number to call. My friend calls the "manger" for me while I'm talking to Tyler about the charges. She lied about the number being her mangers giving us the ITs number that work there. Miraculously she remembered the mangers number 10 mins later & called after she realized we weren't gonna leave. Thank God for Jamilla (actual manger) who drove to the store to fix Tyler's mistake. Jamilla was very professional and apologized for Tyler's mistake read more

I love going into Lovers! Favorite naughty toy shop to go to without feeling uncomfortable. The last two times I've been in J is his name was beyond friendly and personable. He greeted me. He asked if I had any questions and he left me alone after I said no I didnt. But of course I than had questions and he just gave me the vibe I would feel best asking J for help. I asked many questions and he just gave me the warmest personable answers. I now look forward to the Everett Mall Lovers and I will continue to look for J! The people who work here are nice enough and they sell beautiful glass toys, but overall its kind of ho-hum. Too many stupid costumes and cheesy movies. Nothing too amazing. They have a pretty average sex store selection. However, it is clearly lady and couple friendly. It's brightly lit and not sleezy. Believe it or not, even they have a grocery store style discount card. It's also a great spot to score bachelorette party presents and gear. One star less for the prices :( read more

What the actual F*#$ just happened. I am getting married in June and came into this store because I had some extra time waiting for a friend for coffee. So I walked in and the gal asks me what I need and I told her I wanted some lingerie for my wedding night. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't have anything (which doesn't make any sense they're a store full of lingerie) and took me to the funny/bachelorette section. Wtf? Okay... So then comes the good part A man walks in and asks the gal I am currently talking to if they had any pumps... She looks at him a little funny and he says for a tire.. She says we don't have pumps.. for.... Tires? But we have clitoral pumps... And by this time I was walking away quickly laughing MY ASS OFF as he tells her it's not funny it's a serious issue and she leads him to the clitoral pumps so he can pump up his bike tire. Sooooo My service sucked and she literally could have said anything. I wandered around for a few, saw a few things I could have bought and would have if I would have had better service. she could help a guy pump up a bike tire with something from a sex shop but couldn't help me find lingerie. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! If I could I would give them negative stars. After stopping in and buying 5 items we left and realized they charged us for 6. We then turned around and arrived at 901 Tyler and another girl I never got the name for told us they had already closed the register when we had literally went down one street. They told us they could fix the problem the next day. I said fine. Even though that was the only day we were able to stop in. My friend and I cane in the next day to get the refund. Tyler so called her manager and said she would be putting a charge back onto the credit card. She did, so we thought. The next day we called the bank to make sure the money was refunded and the bank informed us that the same amount had been processed. So now they charged us twice the amount for something we never bought. We went back as soon as we heard that. We talked to Tyler who "helped" us the past couple days. I demanded to talk to her manager. She gave me two phone numbers to call. I called both and surprisingly the same person picked up both phones and said they were an IT for Lovers. So not only did she overcharge us, she lied to us about the number. She then proceeded to call her manager as I was on the phone with the IT. She stated that the manger would be here in 10 mins. At 9:28 she told us this. The manager did not arrive until 20 minutes later. Jamilla, the manager, was very cooperative. She was very understanding. She helped us out. It would have not have been such a big deal if the refund was given the first time and their employee did not lie multiple times. Again her name is Tyler, I do not know if that is her real name sense she continued to lie, she has purple hair. Thank you again Jamilla. read more

I've shopped at this location several times and have always been impressed with the atmosphere and the customer service at this location. They are always very helpful and even take the time to mention sales on things that you are already looking at, which is really nice. The quality of lingerie is fairly typical, but the price is actually lower than most other stores. read more
