We found this place on Yelp, and even though the owner was already booked for the day, she was super accommodating and took the time to make us some beautiful floral arrangements for our tables. The shop itself is beautiful and decorated so nicely. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything they do. If you're ever in need of flowers, definitely give them a call. They really came through for us when we needed them the most, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.

Turns out there was a mixup by the driver on bouquet delivery and the business was kind enough to address the mixup. Now I have a beautiful pastel bouquet reminiscent of oncoming spring as well as a classic romantic set of red roses. Each bouquet has an artistic flair and it's clear the business put considerable amount of thought behind each arrangement. Hell, I'd even strongly argue this flower shop should be the top of every bride to be's choice for a wedding bouquet. Thank you for the flowers. I'll be happily prancing around and shoving these flowers into the faces of every friend, family, and acquaintance I know.

When I called with questions they were very responsive and knowledgeable. One time I had a problem with a delivery where the recipient was not at home and didn't receive the flowers. I called up and spoke to the owner. Without any debate he immediately offered to redeliver the flowers at his own cost to make sure things were right. I found this shop online and saw that they had the type of arrangement that I wanted. I called and left them a voicemail and they called me back. They were able to have the arrangement available for pick up within 48 hours. When I got there, I realized that the arrangement was far too large and heavy for me to deliver myself. They offered to deliver it by the end of day for an extra fee that I thought was pretty reasonable. Total it cost me about $400 with tax. It's a small shop that's apparently been around for a very long time. The owner was very professional and helpful. I could tell that they were extremely busy because I guess it was the week that Office staff are recognized and so a lot of offices in the Beverly Hills area were ordering custom flower arrangements for their secretaries and paralegals, etc. The arrangement was just as beautiful as I expected, and it was a huge hit. My friends humorously refer to it as their float and it will probably last for months. The only reason I dropped one star is because you can probably get something similar and more unique at places like Rolling Greens for significantly less. You could also probably just pop by Armstrong and find a very similar looking arrangement for a lot less. I didn't know that at the time and saved myself some time hunting around. I don't regret my purchase. This tip only applies to white orchid arrangements: if you're looking for a different type of arrangement or bouquet, no guarantees that rolling greens or Armstrong will have that. Hope this helps.

I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

The women showed us expensive ones first, putting the bill at a minimum $1000. We told her our budget, and then she brought out the "cheapie" book. The customer service just declined from here. We found some invites that we liked a lot in this book. She said it would be around $500. She kept being vague about the price (which should have been a huge RED FLAG!). We went through other features, what have you, and made our choices. We had a few other questions a couple days later, and despite many calls, no calls back. Finally, she called us when the proof was ready. We loved them and ordered them. Still vague about the price . . . roughly $500? Right? We came back to pick the invites up, and mysteriously, she brought the bill up to $1500. All these little perks, like, do you need your ribbons tied (which she never said cost money) to do you want a proof (like a $150 service, I guess). We were shocked. The invites are nice-ish, but we have totally been ripped off. If you want a scam artist, and some pathetic customer service, here it is folks. UPDATE: Two days later, we discovered that she had given 60 of our RSVP envelops to another customer by mistake. Currently, my invites are waiting for this little error to get worked out . . .

I was actually looking for a book that I couldn't find online. I thought that I could ask in person. Well... The Sister who helped me was very kind. She told me that the book was out of print and a new edition is in the works. Okay! I looked around the shop and found many gifts! Besides books and CDs/DVDs, there are also rosaries, Prayer Cards, gift bags, children's items, figurines, pouches, and more! If you need a gift for a Baptism, Holy Communion, or Confirmation, this is the perfect place to shop! There's also a Chapel in the back with a nice, comfy seating area in front of it - and a statue of Saint Paul near the door. I wrote some prayer requests in the book - so, I feel like I'm getting more help! I was glad that I found this Pauline Bookstore. There are others across the USA and one in Canada. Maybe I can visit those in the future...
