I ordered Mother's day and Father's day cards in mid April. The Mother's day card came immediately and was gorgeous. Still don't have the 3 Father's day cards. The website says to track order through Shop. The Shop app says order is untraceable. When I emailed support they told me to check my email from April for order status. For years, I have been buying pop-up cards from Lovepop, and their cards are my all-time favorite. Lovepop sells their products in other businesses, and they also have some of their own stores. Usually, I purchase their products through their website. Prices can be a little high, but the quality is also very high, so you get what you pay for. Also, Lovepop sells some retired products at a discount, such as several dollars for one greeting card. Most recently, I ordered two boxes of 6 paper roses from Lovepop for my godmother. Lovepop sold one box of 12 paper roses for $99, but the flowers would have to be mailed to me. I wanted the roses to be mailed directly to my godmother, so I ended up ordering two boxes of 6 paper roses, which could have a personalized message and be mailed directly. The total cost including tax was $137. This price might sound expensive, but the roses looked super-pretty and could last for years. The two packages took about 10 days to be delivered. This delivery timeframe was likely prolonged because of other customers' orders around Valentine's Day. My godmother emailed me to say that the roses were "beautiful" and that they touched her heart. read more

I spent quite a bit of time making my selections. It was impossible to fulfill the order. I had received a catalog that had a discount code. The code did not work. I proceeded anyway despite the annoyance. The site then kept changing the delivery address to mine, not to where I wanted it to go. I fixed that after some frustrating time. Then, the delivery date changed and I couldn't get it back to the delayed date I had entered earlier in the process. It was also unclear how I was going to select the gift card. I had checked earlier in the processs and the store near my mother's house was there. The web site is a mess. Too bad as they must have spent a lot of money on the direct mail campaign, and the product looks beautiful. I had uploaded a photo, written and edited a message, etc. for naught. The card was never received by the recipient. It got within 2 hours then was sent to the post office 3 hours away and my post office. It's still sitting there with no movement for 2 days. Ordered on 9/9. I don't think they can handle any volume at all. They refunded the cost which took multiple emails. It was for my granddaughter and I'm sad she'll likely never get it. They really dropped the ball at the end. I got my card as ordered and it was beautiful with a week of ordering. Paid $25 for a card, $8 for shipping and $5 to add a message for mother's Day. Lovepop gives you the option to send the card to a different recipient than yourself... So I had it sent directly to my mom through my account. Then Lovepop sent me an email saying my order was flagged as "high risk". The email has no marketing, voiced urgency, and said I needed to reply by phone within 12hrs or my order would be cancelled. The email looked like a scam, so I emailed Lovepop support with a screenshot of the email asking if it was real. They said they'll get back in 1-2 days. They never did, and then I got an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded. For how much money I spent and for my account to be flagged for a feature THEY offered, I won't be using them again. There are plenty of pop out cards out there that I can use instead. Very disappointing and expensive for what it is. The shipping is insane. Too bad because the cards are very cute, but they make it difficult to actually GET the card. read more

I just purchased my 3rd Lovepop item and the 3rd one was the Rose bouquets with the bursting hearts card for my wife for our anniversary. I had called and spoke to Anthony Ortiz, a Lovepop Customer Happiness representative. I was quoted that I would get the card between the 11th and the 14th and our anniversary is on the 9th as I ordered the item on the 4th. He said not to worry. Hopefully it will get to you early. They don't even deserve one star! For the second time, I've ordered and payed almost $20 just to have my card NEVER show up! My recipients did not receive their cards when promised. I reached out to customer service via email only to be told I didn't purchase tracking... Why should I have to spend more money to assure my card makes it to address?! I reached out this last time a day or two before last day guaranteed arrival date to tell them I was still seeing only the label for shipping had been printed and I was concerned another card was about to fail to be delivered. I bought a card for my wife for Valentine's Day upon the representation that it would be received prior to 2/14. It in fact arrived nearly a week late. Although the card was nice (buy very costly), the fact that it arrived so late defeated the purpose of sending it. Despite the first poor experience, I gave Lovepop a second chance by ordering a Mother's Day card for delivery by 5/6. When it had not arrived 9PM, I checked delivery projections on the website, only to learn that delivery is not scheduled until 5/10. While these people seem to have an inventive idea for cards, their pricing, especially in view of their refusal to honor their promises, makes their way of conducting business deplorable. I'd urge anyone reading this to stay away from this company as it is either incompetent or not forthright in the way it does business. read more

7 days ahead of my Mom's 92 Birthday I sent a Love Pop card directly from their website to my Mom with one of their personalized notes where it's stated 3-5 business days for delivery. It is now day 8 and she still has not received the card. I am so very disappointed. My Mom is typically easy going and says she doesn't mind waiting and she'll be happy to see it whenever it arrives. But as for me - I'm pissed. I think this is just a way for Love Pop to extort more money from the customer for expedited shipping and/or tracking information. I am livid. I spent over $57 on a card and expedited shipping directly from Lovepop for my mentor who was in hospice. I knew her time was short, so I spent the extra $25 to have it delivered to her by Monday. It got there on THURSDAY, after she had passed away. While the cards are cute their shipping methods leave a lot to be desired. No tracking number was provided. Annoyingly I got a notice from my post office I owed $3.09 in postage before they would deliver the card. I contacted Lovepop's customer service and they did refund the difference I owed in postage. The alarming part was they made it sound like this is a common occurrence - that sometimes postage can cost more in certain areas, especially if it's a larger sized card. I used the Schedule-a-Card process and the recipient got the card 8 days early. What's the point of Schedule-a-Card if you can't hit your target time of "within 3 business days". Asking customer service to address the issue will lead you down a rabbit hole. BE AWARE - your first customer disservice response email will have the same FAQs that you had to read before you sent the initial complaint. If you don't RESPOND to the FAQu email they send, they will close the case. So do follow through... to get basically an "oopsy" reply. I'll find another place. This was a disappointment. read more
