Lovepop sells pop-up greeting cards and other paper products (e.g., wreaths, flowers, stickers, and ornaments) for every occasion, including national and religious holidays, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, friendships, get-well and sympathy moments, etcetera. For years, I have been buying pop-up cards from Lovepop, and their cards are my all-time favorite. Lovepop sells their products in other businesses, and they also have some of their own stores. Usually, I purchase their products through their website. Prices can be a little high, but the quality is also very high, so you get what you pay for. Also, Lovepop sells some retired products at a discount, such as several dollars for one greeting card. Most recently, I ordered two boxes of 6 paper roses from Lovepop for my godmother. Lovepop sold one box of 12 paper roses for $99, but the flowers would have to be mailed to me. I wanted the roses to be mailed directly to my godmother, so I ended up ordering two boxes of 6 paper roses, which could have a personalized message and be mailed directly. The total cost including tax was $137. This price might sound expensive, but the roses looked super-pretty and could last for years. The two packages took about 10 days to be delivered. This delivery timeframe was likely prolonged because of other customers' orders around Valentine's Day. My godmother emailed me to say that the roses were "beautiful" and that they touched her heart. read more

Strange. I loved the card of a deep sea creature. However, I hate the daily texts and emails from the company about sales and everything else. I wish I never bought from this company. read more

I bought a card online off of Loop's website for my mother's 80th birthday two weeks in advance card never shows up and because of course I didn't "pay extra for the shipping" there is no tracking and I have called several times. I'm talking five times left messages and I've never heard back from anyone at this company. Basically they took about $50 of my money and gave me f*ck all do not use this company find something else. I wish I had read these reviews before I did. read more

I NEVER opted in to the marketing, I just let them email my receipt from the store in Disney Springs. Since then I have opted out 4 times and still get emails. So VERY irritating!!! I don't care what the product looks like at this point. read more

Pop-up cards are fun. Fun to receive. Fun to send. What's not so fun is waiting two weeks for time sensitive orders - and upon searching, seeing that the order I placed on May 1 has sat in Richardson Texas for 5 days and is not even on its way to my residence in Washington state. So much for Mother's Day!! Think I'll start looking elsewhere for a company that has improved fulfillment and shipping speeds. One week to take my online order and send it over to the Richardson Texas warehouse?? Does management even care about this? read more

Easter card came 20 days after ordering. ordered on 10th, Easter on 20th, card arrived on the 28th. No more chances for me. Plus they actually charge for tracking. A card delivery service charging for tracking is ridiculous. never mind you are also charged for a note/photo. read more

if there was a fraction of a star I would leave that. Horrible. Grandsons never received their valentines ($34). First time ever. Ordered on Feb 4 - 10 day window and a confirmed Feb 13 delivery. Never again. read more

I ordered Mother's day and Father's day cards in mid April. The Mother's day card came immediately and was gorgeous. Still don't have the 3 Father's day cards. The website says to track order through Shop. The Shop app says order is untraceable. When I emailed support they told me to check my email from April for order status. The email sends me back to the website which tells me to check Shop. Does Lovepop customer service really not have the ability to give me a status update? read more

Ordered mothers day card. According to tracking # it still hasn't shipped yet and is sitting at their site. I've been trying to reach their customer service for a week now with no replies back. Then I see on their social media that this has been going on since January. Dont order from them it's a scam. read more

Still waiting for Valentine's Day cards that were ordered on February 6. Embarrassing when you don't have a card to give your loved one because Lovepop can't get their act together. Horrible experience, will ask for refund. read more

Never placing another order. It took three days for my card to even be sent and was late for the Birthday I sent it for. I paid to customize it. A $13 card ended up being $25 and was not shipped in time. Totally disappointing. Never again. read more

I spent quite a bit of time making my selections. It was impossible to fulfill the order. I had received a catalog that had a discount code. The code did not work. I proceeded anyway despite the annoyance. The site then kept changing the delivery address to mine, not to where I wanted it to go. I fixed that after some frustrating time. Then, the delivery date changed and I couldn't get it back to the delayed date I had entered earlier in the process. It was also unclear how I was going to select the gift card. I had checked earlier in the processs and the store near my mother's house was there. The web site is a mess. Too bad as they must have spent a lot of money on the direct mail campaign, and the product looks beautiful. I had uploaded a photo, written and edited a message, etc. for naught. I'll find a Mother's Day gift some place else. read more

The card was never received by the recipient. It got within 2 hours then was sent to the post office 3 hours away and my post office. It's still sitting there with no movement for 2 days. Ordered on 9/9. I don't think they can handle any volume at all. They refunded the cost which took multiple emails. It was for my granddaughter and I'm sad she'll likely never get it. Save your money and most of all the aggravation of multiple emails back and forth with customer service. Many stores sell pop up cards... They really dropped the ball at the end. I got my card as ordered and it was beautiful with a week of ordering. Sadly though the 1 star comes from the fact that it arrived unsealed and my mother opened it to make sure something was even in there and ruined the surprise. Thanks guys, Real bang-up job read more

Disappointing. Spent $5 on shipping... for a card! It arrived late after the birthday. Shipping is a grift for this company. I regret my purchase and will not buy from Lovepop again. Also, beware that your information will be used to sign you up for an app called Shop. read more

I just purchased my 3rd Lovepop item and the 3rd one was the Rose bouquets with the bursting hearts card for my wife for our anniversary. I had called and spoke to Anthony Ortiz, a Lovepop Customer Happiness representative. I was quoted that I would get the card between the 11th and the 14th and our anniversary is on the 9th as I ordered the item on the 4th. He said not to worry. Hopefully it will get to you early. Well it was delivered on our Anniversary and my wife absolutely loved everything. Lovepop is AMAZING! Their products are AMAZING. You have a customer for life. Thank you. read more

Lovepop Cards - Lovepop flowers and card. For my wife for our anniversary. Looks like real flowers. AMAZING! - Cards & Stationery Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

Full of crap! Don't buy! They Never delivered my card and claim to have lost in mail.

Nice guy. Great cards. Helped me pick out an affordable card for my nephew! Will definitely patronize again.

Paid $25 for a card, $8 for shipping and $5 to add a message for mother's Day. Lovepop gives you the option to send the card to a different recipient than yourself... So I had it sent directly to my mom through my account. Then Lovepop sent me an email saying my order was flagged as "high risk". The email has no marketing, voiced urgency, and said I needed to reply by phone within 12hrs or my order would be cancelled. The email looked like a scam, so I emailed Lovepop support with a screenshot of the email asking if it was real. They said they'll get back in 1-2 days. They never did, and then I got an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded. For how much money I spent and for my account to be flagged for a feature THEY offered, I won't be using them again. There are plenty of pop out cards out there that I can use instead. Very disappointing and expensive for what it is. The shipping is insane. Too bad because the cards are very cute, but they make it difficult to actually GET the card. read more

I bought a card for my wife for Valentine's Day upon the representation that it would be received prior to 2/14. It in fact arrived nearly a week late. Although the card was nice (buy very costly), the fact that it arrived so late defeated the purpose of sending it. Despite the first poor experience, I gave Lovepop a second chance by ordering a Mother's Day card for delivery by 5/6. When it had not arrived 9PM, I checked delivery projections on the website, only to learn that delivery is not scheduled until 5/10. While these people seem to have an inventive idea for cards, their pricing, especially in view of their refusal to honor their promises, makes their way of conducting business deplorable. I'd urge anyone reading this to stay away from this company as it is either incompetent or not forthright in the way it does business. read more

They don't even deserve one star! For the second time, I've ordered and payed almost $20 just to have my card NEVER show up! My recipients did not receive their cards when promised. I reached out to customer service via email only to be told I didn't purchase tracking... Why should I have to spend more money to assure my card makes it to address?! I bought thru shop which already tracks for you with purchase. I reached out this last time a day or two before last day guaranteed arrival date to tell them I was still seeing only the label for shipping had been printed and I was concerned another card was about to fail to be delivered. I received email back saying next time order tracking thru them and that my card still had a day to arrive. Horrible customer service in my opinion!! Don't waste your time or money ordering thru Love Pop, you will only be disappointed and the purpose of your card will not meet date you need. I intended for the birthday cards to arrive by recipients birthdays not to be forgotten. Highly unsatisfied! Still waiting for my card to arrive days past promise date read more

Don't order from this company. If you want your cards to be discreet. It's like having Amazon ship you. Your Christmas presents in clear packaging. This company is too needy with their advertising. 7 days ahead of my Mom's 92 Birthday I sent a Love Pop card directly from their website to my Mom with one of their personalized notes where it's stated 3-5 business days for delivery. It is now day 8 and she still has not received the card. I am so very disappointed. My Mom is typically easy going and says she doesn't mind waiting and she'll be happy to see it whenever it arrives. But as for me - I'm pissed. I think this is just a way for Love Pop to extort more money from the customer for expedited shipping and/or tracking information. I live 1,000 miles from my Mom, otherwise I would have delivered the card and myself to her. read more

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. I have been buying love pop for years and have never had anything except good experiences. I love their newest option of including a personal photo if you choose to opt for a card message! The pop-up flower vases are great too! Sent one to my husband's grandmother in the hospital. Everyone I have sent these to is head over heels over the designs. read more

I am livid. I spent over $57 on a card and expedited shipping directly from Lovepop for my mentor who was in hospice. I knew her time was short, so I spent the extra $25 to have it delivered to her by Monday. It got there on THURSDAY, after she had passed away. They refunded me the $25 expedited fee, but still charged me the $32+ for the card that didn't arrive in time. SO FRUSTRATING! BAD BUSINESS! read more

While the cards are cute their shipping methods leave a lot to be desired. No tracking number was provided. Annoyingly I got a notice from my post office I owed $3.09 in postage before they would deliver the card. I contacted Lovepop's customer service and they did refund the difference I owed in postage. The alarming part was they made it sound like this is a common occurrence - that sometimes postage can cost more in certain areas, especially if it's a larger sized card. If they're shipping out enough products they should have a better shipping calculator, right? I'm glad this was a card coming to my house to later give to my husband. I hope this doesn't happen to an unsuspecting family member someone is trying to surprise. All I'm saying is, save everyone the headache and send out tracking numbers and learn how to properly calculate postage for all cards of all sizes read more

Purchased online from IG and days laters it arrived to Cali!!! I didn't want to give my grandma, mom and sister flowers from the corner, the local grocery store or Costco. Want to stand out? Up your greeting card game with Lovepop cards. I got my mom one for Mother's Day & she loved it. Pros: It has a note card that slides out for writing a personal message or you can have a message typed on the card when placing your order. It is unique. These kind of cards do not find their way into the trash. It will more than likely be placed on display for others to see. Free shipping. Cons: A little more expensive than your typical greeting card, but it's worth it. Think about it, some cards are $8 with the sound and glitter-(that is a nuisance bc it sticks to everything). Might as well add a few more dollars to get that wow factor with a lovepop card. Would I order again? It appears LovePop changed their entire website making it impossible to track orders. I ordered one card to be sent - was charged for two cards. Im am so angry, will never shop this LovePop company ever again. You spend $45 on a card to only have the entire surprise ruined by putting your company name all over the outside..... What you think, people are too stupid to google these days the name LovePop...? Thanks for nothing, what you do is great, but you ruin it for the customers by doing such. A return address okay sure, but seriously, your business name plastered on it as well.? Beware people if buying these cards, its very simple to have the entire moment/occasion ruined just as fast, and leave no surprise of the content inside read more

I used the Schedule-a-Card process and the recipient got the card 8 days early. What's the point of Schedule-a-Card if you can't hit your target time of "within 3 business days". Asking customer service to address the issue will lead you down a rabbit hole. BE AWARE - your first customer disservice response email will have the same FAQs that you had to read before you sent the initial complaint. If you don't RESPOND to the FAQu email they send, they will close the case. So do follow through... to get basically an "oopsy" reply. I'll find another place. This was a disappointment. read more
