Even when I prompted him, he still insisted no base coat. I had to call someone who spoke English to intervene. He proceeded to polish and it looked like a toddler did it. When he "corrected" (after I requested)it still looked bad. The English speaking workers tried to convince me it looked fine. A lady technician took over. It's not a great job but better than it started. STEER CLEAR if you want quality.
