And when I voiced how frustrated I was that I seemed to be only getting worse, their "plan" downgraded me to fewer and fewer office visits. Additionally I was told the "doctor" order this specialized spine strengthening machine. So I was forced to endure this before my adjustment appointments. Then told after the fact that there's an additional charge for it!!! They continued to schedule me for appointments I didn't set up once I stopped going and continued to call.
