I was going to take him to urgent care but then decided he might just need to see a chiropractor. Mankey was able to get us in that day by shuffling things around (thank you!) and we saw Dr. Allie later that morning. My son has special needs, including being on the autism spectrum - and has previously had an intense fear of breaking bones, especially his neck. So needless to say he arrived tense. Dr. Allie totally took it in stride and was so great with him. She took the time to explain how chiropractic works, showed us bones and muscles, and eased him into the treatment. I could tell he was still tense but he let her treat him and he definitely felt better after. Because he is on his iPad so much and leaning over quite a bit, I decided some additional visits for maintenance were probably a good idea. He has now decided that Dr. Allie is our family chiropractor and that I need to see her too. Thanks, Dr. Allie!

(I've requested that the good folk of Yelp correct his listing to reflect his office is on Oak Hill Rd (not Park), so hopefully by the time you read this, they have.) I've had an ongoing issue that no other chiropractor has been able to resolve. So I was pretty elated that after just ONE visit, Dr. La Casto identified, treated, and had me feeling better than I had in about a year. I guess chronic pain had impacted me in more ways than I'd realized, because after being brought back into proper alignment, my level of energy and sense of well-being increased dramatically, and even my mood improved. It felt like, not only had a heavy weight been lifted off of me, but the dark cloud disappeared, too. Range of motion and mobility? Restored, along with the spring in my step. Will definitely be adding his finely-tuned adjustments (at 4-6 week intervals) to my self-care regimen.
