Wow, this company is awesome! They come and pick up my dog for a day of fun and games and drop her off at the end of the day. They are very reliable and take great care of my dog. Whenever she comes home from daycare, she is running to the window wanting to go back. It doesn't get any better than this. My wife and I have utilized the services of Constance and her team since they opened. We have used them multiple times to care for our 3 kids (cats) for up to 5 days at a time and have absolutely no qualms with leaving them in the care of "Love your Pet" Allow me to give you some insight into my wife and I when it comes to our kids (and yes, they are our kids). We talk to our cats, we give them christmas gifts to open, and treat them to a special dinner on their birthdays. They are treated better than most children. Now that you have some insight into how we view our cats I would like to state that we would have no hesitation recommending Love your Pet. While you are away, they will be readily available for you to contact them for a check-in and have always ensured you are aware of what happened during their visits. I use this service for my 1yr old dog Lilly and they are fantastic. My dog is so overjoyed to see them every time they come to pick her up. I love how flexible and available they are. Even when I text at 9pm to have her added to the next day pick up. I get daily photos and report cards for my pup every day she spends with them. Which I really appreciate. Dogs get injured even with the best efforts of care. As their owners it is our duty to care for them when they are ill or injured. I accept that without question. What I do not accept is when I trust someone to care for my dog, and she is injured and nobody notices. That is not good care and certainly not what anyone expects when they leave their dog with a caregiver. If my dog's injuries had been noticed and she had been given care, I would have no problem with love your pet. but that is not what happened. It took me all of an hour to notice my dog's injury when i got home. They had ten days. This is not about money or the cause of the injury. This is about neglect. I paid my bill to be done with love your pet. I was not interested in seeing where my dog had been kept when love your pet denied the injury even happened. I simply want to warn other pet owners. read more

We've been using Love your Pet to walk our dogs for at least 7-8 years. I can absolutely give them a five star rating. They are reliable, the communication is great and our dogs JUMP for joy when their walker arrives. We've used their overnight service too, and find it excellent as well. Pickup and drop-off are when they say they're going to be, and the pups are well cared for. We are very confident that our fur-kids (the walker's name for them) are safe, happy and well exercised. Very unhappy with this company - not professional at all. I did an in-home consultation as required to start dog walking services with Love Your Pet, two girls met with me and my dogs for about an hour where we went over everything I was needing, expecting, "quirks" of my dogs (who were to get private dog walks), etc. I was very particular about what I wanted and needed. Throughout my 3 or so months of service, many different walkers came to provide services (5 or so different people in total), and I later found out none of the information I had told the girls during the consult had been passed on. There was no written record of our consult and no information relayed to the new walkers (including the owner). My dogs were getting walked with OTHER DOGS (even though I was paying for private services), and they were doing things I told them not to do. Another dog was injured as a result (even though another dog should of never been there) and Love Your Pet will not take responsibility for putting my dog as risk (and others). I would not recommend this company to anyone. A few days after posting this review I received this to my personal email with no explanation of who the sender is: "Just saw your very unprofessional comment on Yelp. Your lies have not gone unnoticed or unrecorded. A copy has been saved and will be used when needed as needed... You have 24 Hours to remove your comment on the YELP website or you will be personally sued for slander for your false statements and deprivation of character. This will not be tolerated and we will not be so polite as of tomorrow. Govern Yourself Accordingly" read more

We recently sent our two dogs to Love Your Pet for 11 days boarding. They were well taken care of during their stay because when they returned they were exhausted from all the running around and fresh air. They did nothing but sleep for the next two days! I would recommend Love Your Pet to everyone. I really appreciated the pickup and drop off service they provided. I look forward to sending my dogs there again in the future. read more

I am very dissapointed with this company. My dog was hurt while in thier care, and they deny it happened there. They will also not help to cover the $600 in Vet bills so far. This is sloppy at best, and the person who picks up the animals is always complaining they have too many animals to care for. Perhaps that is how my dog got injured? read more

we used their services about 3 months ago. They forgot to feed my cat for 2 days as I have cameras in my house. They were very sloppy and unporfessional and nobody ever returned my phone calls so I never was able to question them about this and my cat takes medication he is diabetic so he was without his pills as well. He must have felt so sick because of their lack of organization I would have dealt with this privately if someone returned my calls. Don't use! read more
