We, specifically, requested the dogs have their nails both trimmed and dremeled. The nails were not dremeled, nor were they groomed well. We noticed within a day that our daily brushing was still removing hand fulls of hair. Clearly an indication that the dogs were not thoroughly groomed. We dropped the dogs off at their 1:00pm scheduled appointment and were told that they would call us around 4:00. As we didn't receive a call we called and were told the dogs would be ready at 4:30. When we arrived we were told 10 more minutes. By no means did we rush them and we, patiently, waited in our vehicles for 15 minute to lessen the chaos inside. We are, extremely, disappointed with the service and the response we received. A, total, lack of accountability on the business.

We drive three hrs each way to get our chows groomed by her as she is that amazing and so good with them. Sherry has given us tips and tricks on grooming them at home between appointments and even though I have had chows over 30 years I still learned more grooming tips from Sherry. Book a appointment with Sherry you will not be disappointed and your dog or cat will defiantly love Sherry. Both our chows love Sherry so much and get very excited as soon as we pull up to her place. Somehow they know exactly where we are before we get out of the car. Our youngest runs into her arms with kisses and our oldest wags her tail as Sherry grooms her the whole time. Our two Chows love Sherry as much as they love us and that alone speaks volumes on how good she is. Chows don't trust strangers easy but our Chows have loved Sherry since day one and that worth the drive as they love and trust her and so do we. Add in of course both Chows look amazing after they see Sherry for grooming and we are very happy. Its worth every cent and mile to take them so far for grooming with Sherry.
