We, specifically, requested the dogs have their nails both trimmed and dremeled. The nails were not dremeled, nor were they groomed well. We noticed within a day that our daily brushing was still removing hand fulls of hair. Clearly an indication that the dogs were not thoroughly groomed. We dropped the dogs off at their 1:00pm scheduled appointment and were told that they would call us around 4:00. As we didn't receive a call we called and were told the dogs would be ready at 4:30. When we arrived we were told 10 more minutes. By no means did we rush them and we, patiently, waited in our vehicles for 15 minute to lessen the chaos inside. We are, extremely, disappointed with the service and the response we received. A, total, lack of accountability on the business.

The person who usually grooms my dog was booked up because she`s on vacation in September. I was…read moreworried that my dog wouldn`t do well with a new groomer, as he is anxious if I`m not around, and has a strong aversion to water, especially in bath form. I took a chance based on my positive experience getting my dog`s nails clipped at Clippers N Suds. My dog was HAPPY when I picked him up. Not just excited to see me, but he walked home with a big smile. There was no acting out (once he peed on a rug because he was pissed off we took him to the groomers). He wasn`t mad, anxious or anything but HAPPY when I got home. He looks great too. Maybe I`m biased but he`s adorable. Tannis was friendly and best of all, she likes my dog! I know my dog hates baths and the dryer, but she told me he was good, particularly for the grooming though he does not like the dryer. LOL. That`s putting it nicely. I also know he whines in a very high pitch chirps when I have to leave him there but when I asked, she just smiled and said he was good boy. The other employee in the back was very nice and said my dog was a real cutie. It`s a huge relief to find a groomer that takes good care of my dog. It`s a good feeling to have knowing that the people grooming my dog like him too. Thanks Tannis! We will be back.

My younger boy is a champ and just enjoys whatever she does best for him. She kept him for three hours to ease him into the routine. I'm not sure why, but my dog's hair prior to visiting May was matted. His fur starting growing massively, and it out of control. As a result, May has to cut off his beard, around his ears, and a couple of other problem areas where it was matted. We bought a new brush from May (good price too), to prevent this from happening again. Our puppy was washed, teddy bear cut, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, bum tided up, and with tip and tax, it came up to about $70. Since our dog was a puppy, May gave us a discount, which was much appreciated. I think for more basic services (no fancy haircut), the price is cheaper.

He's never been more excited to see his groomer and always comes out looking like a champ. They don't have a mass drop off time which is nice you bring them in and after a couple hours he's ready. He gets that one-on-one attention that I think he deserves and they do an amazing job of caring for him and making sure that he looks and feels amazing. Always excited to go and always just the best environment when you go there. Definitely a thumbs up thank you guys for taking care of him. You definitely are going above and beyond and it's nice to see people that care about him as much as we do.

He was upfront in the store with a wee party hat on..( have to say though I dont like when people dress up animals, but this didnt seem like too big a deal for Alistair) and they were giving away crave cupcakes. There were streamers, Alistair was snuffling away and cheerfully receiving pats from his admirers. So THAT was my introduction to this little place. LIke most mom and pop pet food stores you will find that the prices are higher than at somewhere like Petsmart etc. It is understandable as they dont have the volume of sales. The products they do have though are excellent, wonderful products for your beloved pets. It is clear that the owners of this store love animals and want nothing but the best for thier customers pets. I will admit that I tend to go to Petsmart, but do like to pop in here to pick up a few special treats for my kitties and see Alistair. It is so cool to have a pig in my neighborhood and to go to a piggy birthday party is something that I have for the memory books.. The store is a very modest, simple establishment and it is run by a very likeable fellow, he took the time to bring Alli from the back of the store to meet me and they both showed me his trick of sitting down for a treat. Alli tried to sit again for another treat but his papa was all to savvy. One treat is enough, now don't be a pig about it. PN carries mostly supplies for dogs and cats and the prices there seem quite reasonable, it seems to be a large store and equipped with toys, food as well as a nice section of sleeping accessories for your furry friends. So yes this yelper likes PN and especially her new friend, I just hope he doesn't reject me on FB.

I had no doubt in my mind that she would be in good hands. Added plus- there were other dogs around for her to socialize with.
