Love Day Spa is outstanding. I've had several hydrafacials, spray tans, brow waxes and massages. Every time I leave feeling amazing. OMG!!! This place is SO great!!!! Nina (Nury) and Natalie are wonder twins when it comes to mani/pedis (but that's certainly not all they do!) and the wonderful Tanya does INCREDIBLE facials, eyelashes, brow treatments - you name it! ! It's a spotlessly clean, beautiful, calming space - go for ALL the treatments! Waxing, specialized facials, massage - all amazing!!! I am a nurse who has been desperately struggling with acne from suffocating under a mask for long shifts on a Covid floor. One of my nurse friends recommended I get a "teen clean" facial for acne. She has been getting them regularly for her maskne and has had excellent results. I called a few places who all said they would absolutely do it, but the bookings were all about a week out. I was very eager to have it done and came across Love Day who happened to have plenty of openings, so I booked one. I drove 45 minutes only to find out that because I am not an actual teenager I will have to pay 40 dollars more at the minimum for a "regular" facial instead. The esthetician looked at me as if she had never seen an adult with acne. It was quite disappointing, so I left. I guess it should have been a red flag that this place has so much availability. They are clearly desperate to make an extra 40 bucks. I already have a teen clean booked next week somewhere else. read more

It is now 5/16 and I have not heard a word from the salon nor my stylist. Horrible customer service with a complete lack of urgency. I will not return nor recommend.

We wanted to do something nice together and I did my research and decided that this was the place. Our appointment was for 12 PM and we were unfortunately seven minutes late as my kids had misplaced my car keys. I called to let them know and they said it was OK that we still came. The woman that did my mother's nails was very nice and talkative. She had a wonderful personality and was attentive. The nail tech that did my nails on the other hand was the complete opposite. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, she was not personable or friendly. She didn't speak to me at all only to ask me if my shape was OK and at that point, I didn't feel comfortable enough to tell her that I was not happy with my nails. My nails were almond shaped and outgrown. As shown in the pictures what I left with was not almond shape. In fact, I don't really know what this shape is. They are lumpy and the lengths are all different. My pinky nail on my right hand is also curving to the right and the paint job is messy and rushed looking. When my nails were finished, the technician got up and walked away. She didn't say anything to me. I wasn't even sure how much I owed so I asked the other technician. On their website it states that a fill with gel polish is $48. For my fill and gel polish, with no broken nails, I was charged $60. I mentioned that that was not the price that was posted online, but I didn't make a big deal about it. You're not just paying for a service, you are also paying for an experience. This Is a big part of this job and unfortunately, my technician was lacking in that area. I did not leave feeling good about myself or the job that was done. I have never left a bad review over nails, but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience that I had and I am sorry, but this is not worth $60. Very disappointing.

LoveDaySpa is absolutely amazing!! This is my go to Spa, they have the best services whether you want a Hydrafacial, deep tissue massages, getting your nails done and/or waxing. They do it all! I have been recommending this Spa to all my friends and family as it is truly the best Spa in Massachusetts. I got my armpits waxed by Nuri and the hair hasn't been growing back it's absolutely amazing. Ask for Nuri she is so talented and is the best for waxing and other services as well!!! I will be returning to LoveDaySpa monthly for waxing services and getting my nails done. Along with that, this past weekend I went with my boyfriend to get couples massages at LoveDaySpa and they were the BEST MASSAGES EVER. Absolutely THE best hydrofacial and day spa experience I have ever had!!! Nuri is so compassionate and professional. I was greeted immediately into the beautiful and clean sunlit main room of the spa and shown where to wait after I was checked in at the front desk. I was offered both flat and sparkling waters, assorted teas etc.... I never felt rushed, rather, was encouraged to take all the time I needed to relax. There is also a marvelous inventory of fabulous products for skincare, makeup and nail care. Just a really wonderful experience, from start to finish. I received an absolutely heavenly facial with microdermabrasion from Nayith. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge, and passion for improving her clients' skin and state of mind. She thoroughly examined my skin and suggested a course of action, which exceeded my expectations. I went in feeling crusted over with the winter of 2026 (!) and went out feeling dewy and full of spring. Highly recommend! This is not my first time at this lovely day spa. Wow.. what a lovely place filled with amazing employees who work there. My first time going to this spa they were so welcoming & nice. The woman working behind the desk was very cordial and kind. The spa is decorated so cute. They went above and beyond to make me have a great experience. The owner Nuri was awesome and very approachable. She made sure that I wasn't uncomfortable and had gotten everything done that I wanted. I had my nails done, eyebrows and upper lip waxed by Bruna. She was AWESOME so sweet and very outgoing. I highly recommended visiting the Love Day Spa, especially if you are expecting! I went to visit at 9 months pregnant and it was just what I needed. I had a prenatal massage, gentle facial with an added foot massage, manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The chocolate and refreshments were wonderful as well. I felt wonderful being pampered and left extremely relaxed. It was JUST what I needed. My manicures and pedicures from here last so long! I love the hydrafacials, massages, and now even laser treatments. Love Day Spa Marblehead is my favorite spa in the Boston area. All the staff members are so highly skilled and friendly, it is so relaxing to have everything done here. Also, this Spa is so new, bright, and clean.
