Excellent Flavor - Everything Else Falls Flat Service - 0 out of 10 Food - 8 out of 10 Price - 3 out of 10 Cleanliness - 3 out of 10 14 total problems with our experience, read below for the details. When we first arrived we took note that there was only eight (8) tables and that they were full with guests. The waitress informed us that it would be 14 minute wait. There is no place to sit, to wait, so we waited outside. Two tables left and others, who we were unaware were waiting, were seated. Another two tables left and we still waited until another staff member finally noticed us and said it would be a few minutes for him to clear the table. We were then seated and the first thing that all four (4) of us, two couples, noticed was that the table was extremely sticky (problem #1). So much so that the paper placements refused to move at all on the table, they were stuck in place. We were soon going to find out that this was the beginning of a horrible experience. The waitress was pleasant, took our orders, and the other couples drink order, but left before we were able to stop her to place our drink order (problem #2). We waited patiently for her to return, but she didn't bring the other couples drink order promptly and eventually had to flag her down and placed our drink order (problem #3 & 4). She then promptly returned with all of our drink orders, but my soda was flat (problem #5). I then flagged her down again and informed her and instead of asking if I wanted anything else to drink she walked away (problem #6). When she returned I said, just water, and then she offered another beverage and I refused and again asked for just water. Little did I or any of us know that our first fill of water or tea was going to be the only glass we would receive (problem #7). The other couple ordered two entrees and naan and we ordered two entrees, an appetizer, and naan. When our utensils were brought to us they we placed directly on a serving tray that was dirty from the day of service (problem #8), food was still stuck to the tray. After which the other couple received their entrees and we received entrees too, but asked about our appetizer, which we had not received yet. Come to find out they gave it to another table across the room, I then said cancel our appetizer order, because we had our main dish (problem #9). She then returned to our table and gave the other couple that we were with their naan and walked away. We then flagged her down and asked if our naan was in the same basket, she informed us that it wasn't. Luckily we didn't wait for our naan, as it was never going to come (problem #10). She went back to the cooks and asked about our naan, we were able to hear the argument that ensued from across the restaurant (problem #11). When she returned she informed us that it was her fault, that she had never placed the order for the naan. We then informed her to cancel our naan order, because by that time we had finished our meal. The food was excellent, but not for the price; small portions (problem #12). When our check finally arrived, she hadn't charged us for an ice tea (problem #13), we promptly informed her and she said don't worry about it. After all of this headache, we only received a free ice tea; luckily she had already removed the soda, appetizer, and naan. Because of the slow service, our overall time was around an hour and a half (problem #14) even with it being a small restaurant. Incredible food and such friendly service! I had the Butter Chicken Curry and the Aloo Paratha and both were SO delicious!!!!!!!! The Curry was sweet and lighter than others I have tried and the Paratha was so flavorful. It was the perfect bread to use as a spoon for the curry and rice. I tried this place last night as I now live quite close. I ordered the chicken and chickpea curry. The curry was thinner than I expected, it was more of a broth really. While the flavor was good on its own, it wasn't what I was expecting. It might be a regional thing, I really like the Northern Indian cooking. Not sure where these folks are from. The tandoori chicken was quite tasty but a bit spicy for young children. The price was higher than expected AND naan was an extra charge. Across the river naan is included with your meal. read more

The cleanliness of the restaurant was a concern for my husband and I. Which keeps us from returning. Tables sticky(we had to wipe it down ourselves), silverware dirty, glasses dirty, walls needed to be wiped down, a good vacuum was needed. Love Curry is my first taste in Indian food. It's fairly close to where I live, off of Road 68 in Pasco. And the food was excellent. Obviously I can't compare it to other Indian restaurants because it was my first. But I had no complaints about the taste. Such flavorful dishes are not easily compared to other Asian type of curries. My only complaint was that I was hoping this was going to be a place where I could regularly eat, but it was pricey. I figured it would be, because most exotic cuisines are expensive. But I figured the price would be comparable to a Thai restaurant, but to my surprise, it was even more expensive. Just ordering two entrees, and one lemon-ginger drink for my wife (I simply had water) had us looking at a $42 bill! And the portion sizes were on the smaller side of things. In other words, don't expect left overs. Still, I give them 4 stars because I can't deny that the food and service were good. And, for all I know, the price is typical for an Indian restaurant. But at these prices and small portion sizes, it will probably be something I eat on a special occasion, rather than as a staple. read more

First of all this is American Indian food. It's like they tried to copy a recipe and all went wrong. The waitress is a joke. No water served for 20 mins. Ask for water when she came to take order, guess what ! Nope no water. Asked second time and finally got it. She's keeps chatting with the other worker. Tables all dirty. Only one other customer in the store. Food is overpriced and portions super small. Lamb garam masala curry is from another planet. Being a Indian, I never seen such gross curry. Actually I don't even know what it is. Boiled lamb with some white sauce. No masala at all. Butter chicken was ok. Surprisingly garlic naan was good. No offense to whites but when I saw white cook in Indian restaurant, I should have just walked out. Sweet lasi is not even sweet, basically they blended milk and yoghurt together. I would give them a zero stars if allowed. Owner seemed like a nice guy but he needs to step up. Cara K, you really need to get out and try some other Indian restaurants. The have a unique menu which is different from most 'Indian buffets' that I have been to in the US. The owners were very friendly. We ordered the samosa appetizer which came on a bed of chickpea curry along with chutneys- tasty. For the main course we got the malai kofta which was delicious and a vegetable coconut curry dish which was good. Overall, the best North Indian food I have had in the tri-cities. This locally owned shop is a wonderful place to go when I get a craving for Indian food. The menu has an interesting selection of foods to cater to different palates. I especially recommend the Lamb Chops in Rosemary Curry! It is quite a savory and delicious treat. The mango lassi there is very good too if you are looking for something to curb your sweet tooth. The owner is very amicable as well and has a penchant for remembering customers. Haha, I've only been here twice and he still remembered who I was and what I ordered. Customer service was friendly and prompt given how busy the restaurant is and I appreciate all the effort that the owner made to accommodate my mother's dietary needs when she came in.
