We have a place in Eagle Crest and I needed to get out and get a few workouts in. In the past I've been to Oregon CrossFit and Central Oregon CrossFit and those places are great but this time I decided to try Triumph mostly because of the location and times available. I'm so glad I did, Joe was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The workouts were great, Joe personally spent some time with me and helped me with some tweaks in my lifts. The clients in the classes were also very welcoming on both occasions. Upon leaving he gave me a big hug and said 'welcome to the family'. Joe is what makes Triumph click.
