Still waiting on my drone... the shop has had it since September of last year. I took a drone in to get an arm replaced (which I supplied). I was told that some parts were spring loaded which got lost upon disassembly. I've called a couple times to ask for a status, the answer is always "oh yea we are looking for spare parts". Bought a used iPhone 11 Max from them in 2022 (for AT&T) that turns out cannot be unlocked because "someone" still owes money on it to AT&T. This was not disclosed at time of purchase and when staff at the store was asked about helping to fix or why it wasn't made clear, they were of no help. I brought in my own "Whitestone Full 3D Curved Edge Tempered Glass Shield [Liquid Dispersion Tech] Easy Install Kit" that I'd purchased from Amazon for my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra, after communicating with Anthony via email and phone. He assured me that L2F was very familiar with Whitestone products and that it wouldn't be difficult to install. After taking my phone to the back room he came out and told me that he'd have to make slight adjustments to the shield in order for me to keep my Otter Box on the phone. I approved that and Anthony went to work on it. Even with the customization of my shield, and the additional labor he put into it, he didn't raise the cost that he quoted me. Instead of it being a 10 minute job (tempered glass with liquid dispersion takes time to set) he spent 30 minutes making certain that my curved screen was fully protected. NOTE: Anthony did NOT try to sell me one of the phone screens or cases for sale in the shop, which I appreciated. No "bait and switch." Don't ever use this store to fix your phone! My experience today: I went into the store to replace my iphone x's broken screen. The technician told me it will cost 169.99 and take about 45 minutes. He printed me the invoice and asked me to leave my phone number, see below photo. 1 hour later I headed back to the store and then was told that my phone cannot be fixed because they had the wrong price in the system. They also tried to call me to give me the "updated" price but my phone is at the store with them. Comment to below owner's response: it is your job to make sure the correct price information is informed to your employees and updated in your system.
