Adrian was friendly and professional. He did a great job welding my stock OEM muffler on my Mini Cooper. I cut off the muffler because the Mini exhaust is one piece from the downpipe back. I asked him if i brought the muffler specific to my model. he said $120 labor and no guarantee. I bring my 6 year old Xterra here, and I knew my cat converter was bad (since that is what I read on my computer after I check the SES ligth) so lift the truck and the first thing Larry told me was that my truck was on warranty so I should take my truck to the dealership and get the job for free. I was an ignorant, I didn't know that emissions on any vehicle had 7 years 80.000 miles warranty, and this guy didn't take advantage of my ignorance, instead he actually helped me, even he tried to connect me with the right place. Recently took my truck In there and was fairly impressed with the work but not the business. The mechanic/welder there Bryan was very helpful in explaining all the work and had some quality welds to go with it. The owner I think Raul I cannot say the same for however, while waiting he was very rude and obnoxious to the point they almost lost my business. He began pitching me on a completely different exhaust setup that made no sense then discussed and tried to change pricing on me when the work was done. It is unfortunate that the original owner Larry and now Raul do not know how to honestly run a business. Would not recommend! read more

I needed some work done on my Toyota Tacoma (2008) since my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on and as it turns out I was in need of a new catalytic converter and O2 sensor. All this has to be done before my SMOG check can be completed which sucks because I waited until the last day to have all this done. Called Lous' on Monday and spoke to Larry, he said to bring in my truck to verify the trucks information and this way he could be able to get me some pricing and availability. To my luck there was an aftermarket available which saved me some money because one from Toyota would cost me north of $1500 plus the sensor $200 and plus the labor. So Larry really took care of me. Larry priced me out and I felt he was fair and he could have it done the same day, which was great considering I got there at almost 12 pm. I won't go into pricing details since not every car is the same and some may require other additional items. Let's just say, Larry called me about 1.5 hours later and said my truck was ready. So excited, good work, quality parts, cleared me codes and little down time. I am very pleased, the facility is clean, plenty of parking, clean waiting room area. Just south of Beverly blvd but north of Olympic blvd in Pico Rivera, very easy to find. So glad I found this place. read more

I came here to install my flowmaster muffler, it had a different off set than my original muffler. The old guy that was working there said he couldn't do it because it was a little different. I told him that all you had to do is put in a new pipe to fit it. He still said it couldn't be done. Stupid really. I guess he didn't want to make that extra effort to do all that work. So I took it somewhere else which was no problem for them to do it. Maybe he's just lazy. Bad rep for the company. read more
