He's very knowledgeable and made it a breeze to install these handrails we needed put in asap. We did not know anyone in the area and one quick Google/Yelp search later - we send out a message to Kevin. He was quick with a response from our inquiry - which was awesome. Then after a couple of emails with respect to the project, he took me through his next steps and what to anticipate. Absolutely love how does business. After placing our deposit, he inspected the job site, we ordered what was needed and had it shipped to his place of business, and in the blink of an eye - it was all done and ready to go. Side note: Online payment option made it super easy to get payments submitted. Love having this option available. You need a guy? I know a guy. Definitely give Kevin a call. 5 Stars.

When I asked for stated code number he got rude and told me to research it myself. Not professional and I now question his expertise. He made sure to get oa8d but couldn't answer one question. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Interesting, because the point of contact wasn't notified or called when this arose. He spoke to an employee and did not contact me. Had he contacted, I would've told him that we run a 24-hour care facility. Inspector had access to the front, the back, and inside the building. He simply did not want to complete the inspection because he wanted to make more money by coming back. I am not OK with that. This is wrong. I demand a refund. I will not wait 2 weeks for them to come back from vacation to complete my inspection. Please refund the money. I do not want to go back and forth.

Pretty fast…read more The second time he helped me assemble a small cabinet, fasten a sign on the wall and also assemble a bed. He stayed inside my house for almost five hours. Thank you. I like the positioning of the wall sign very much. He did it fast and the position is just right in the middle of the wall of my office. Very good. Very efficient. I did not have to request any more adjustment once I told him the height I want. It is perfect. Also, he has his assistant coming in to set up a camera screen for me. His staff spent two hours hooking up and setting the device for me. Everything was smooth but the system kept asking for a password which did not exist. He spent much effort on resetting everything in order to avoid the so-called password. Eventually, the camera screen did not show up but his staff did his best. The technical support of the company selling the cameras had no real person so I had to wait. But his staff helped me type a request for a ticket for subsequent support. It was good he helped because I did not know how to describe the problem accurately with the model number. Mr. Robert kept his promise and did not charge me for that service when the camera screen eventually did not work. But I understand he and his staff contributed much effort on setting up the device. And it was not his fault. From the process of resetting and trying different means, I can tell his assistant is knowledgable. I would say the price he charges is reasonable. He works efficiently. He looks experienced to me.
