I don't have the original contract in hand yet, but have requested from previous owners, and will verify if this is true or not. Super disappointing when people don't stand behind their work. Furthermore, He refused to come out at all, even to give me an estimate to repair the leak. He ignored all of my calls. As a real estate agent, I will NOT be recommending this company to my clients.
