The guys doing cuts were all lively and fun and a good time to be around. They did a reasonably nice job on my cut. Not exactly how I was hoping, but as good as I could hope for walking in and getting my first cut. I also asked for a quick beard trim which they obliged. All in all, if you need a spot to get a quick cut for a reasonable price, this is a great place to go.

Found out about this barber shop right here on Yelp and decided to give 'em a try. I'd been…read moreinterested in finding a true barber shop after a great experience at one in Augusta, GA last year, and I'd definitely consider this an excellent one. It's very clean inside, all the barbers are very friendly and skilled, and the prices are VERY nice. They only do walk-ins by a take-a-number system. When I went, there was only one person waiting in front of me, so it didn't take long at all. While I was waiting, I watched the barbers working, and was already impressed by their work. Clean lines, very even fading, and all of them paid loads of attention to detail. They know their stuff! When it was my turn, I told my barber (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) what I was wanting, and he asked a few questions about details before going right to work. He also cleaned up my facial hair super nicely. The end result? Even better than I'd expected! He did a fantastic job and even my lady was impressed. And all this for only $25! I think I've found my barber shop. So chances are high that I'll be stopping back by for my next cut. I got a great cut at an unbeatable price and had a great experience. Exactly what I was looking for!

So I made a reservation for a Wednesday at 5:00pm. All the staff were super friendly and inviting. Ryan was my barber that day and he did a great job. He told me he's been cutting hair for seven years and sees it as an art form. I can definitely see that in his work. He also told me the shop has been open for 90 years and has always been family owned and operated. That says a lot about the place. The atmosphere is very laid back with lots of unique decor on the walls from music to movies and skateboarding. My cut was $30 and was absolutely worth it. This is officially my go-to barbershop and I'm asking for Ryan again because he did a great job.
