Somehow my son and friends have always been entertained with the services although by his 3rd birthday he knew exactly what to expect he didn't seem to mind. For being repeat a customer, they have always thrown in a character ( we always go for the gold package). The staff are always friendly, entertaining and make my son feel extra special. My one and only complaint is that last time we hired PKE the male clown (cant remember his name) repeatedly looked at his watch as if he was in a rush. It was so noticeable one of my sons teachers pointed it out to me and asked if she should gather the kids to take them back to class. That was disappointing and embarrassing as I consider myself a long time costumer, great tipper and have always recommended them. Guess you cant have a great year every year.
