Ha does an amazing job catering to her customers. The nail techs are detailed oriented and take care of each customer I witnessed. Some newer staff members allows for flexibility and quicker turnaround. It was easy to book my appointment and they started immediately on time and I got out quickly. It was ok. 4 stars bc of Ha, she's great. I have been here several times because it's local and it's a bit better than "okay". Never had a complaint about cleanliness. Always willing to offer a drink and never had a problem waiting but that may be to my personal schedule. Out of the places locally, I go here and recommend it for a quick trip in. read more

Ha and her staff here are the best. You pay what you get. They do my nails, my pedicures and whenever I have not been happy with the results they fix it there on the spot. I love the atmosphere, great music, it always smells so good here. They have coffee, water and sodas available for free. They provide free high speed internet wifi. If you have any beauty needs this is the place to come in 2021, 2022 and in the future. They will be open on Christmas Eve all day from 10 am to 7:30 pm. I have never in my life been to a worst nail salon then I went today this place was way over priced sneaky manipulative had my daughter with me who was paying for her own and they charged her for the expensive pedicure which we did not want or ask for when I told them we were doing the classic she snapped at me and said no she did a margarita and I was stunned and did not know what to say then she pushed herself the custom tip button for my daughter because I had already paid and went to the car so I would not embarrass myself or my child I was disgusted with how dirty everything looked and was all the products were old. I honestly wish I would have taken a picture of how my pedi turned out. I left the establishment with no polish on due to the entire polish coming right off like as if they were stick on polish. My nail tech didn't even wait for my toes to dry off before she was out the door. I will never go there again and I especially do not recommend. The worse ever!!! I walked in and there were only 3 clients ahead of me ! Since I was new I feel as if they didn't care as much since they had 2 regulars in there that was getting antsy and annoyed. They were extremely understaffed and instead of being upfront about wait time they life and said 25 mins ---so 1hout of waiting later she rushed my pedi and mani. Did not do a full manicure and made me sit in pedicure seat while she quickly tried to file off the old gel on my hands. She was going back and forth between 3 customers. Been coming here for years and have tried all the other places even the new ones that have popped up here recently and let me tell you this place is the only one where the nail techs wash their hands!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible! Over priced Slow service Rough This has to be the worst place I've ever been to. I get my nails (toes and fingers) done religiously every 2 weeks. We recently moved and I decided to give this place a try since it was closer to my house. I will now make the extra drive to go back to my original nail salon in Brandon. The lady who did my toes was very sore. The man who did my nails was very slow and inexperienced. By the time I left 2 1/2 hours later all of my cuticles were sore and bleeding. Normally I pay 45 before tip for my nails and toes to be done. I paid double here. Ridiculous!! Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. read more

We waited a long time because I'm sorry they're slow at the simple tasks. I don't quite understand why he rushed through something I am literally paying even more for. My sister recieved the classic pedi(cheapest thing on there)and got a better treatment. Not worth my money if this is my relaxation time. If I don't mind paying for service give me proper service and don't rush my treatment because you were slow elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because at least my polish was good. read more

I'm using my husbands account but I give this place one star because I had a sweet older lady doing my pedicure and she was soooo thorough, which also meant she was slow, but I appreciated how thorough she was on my pedicure. On the downside I'm pretty sure she forgot top coat because my nail color is so dull and not shiny at all. I also had a manicure done in the dip SNS color but they didn't have the nude color I wanted so they suggested I get gel on top. I noticed there are two men working there when I went in and one of them who did my nails was so incredibly rough he made me bleed because he kept sanding (drilling) my cuticles down lower and lower. Every time he hurt me I kept telling him that hurts and he would ignore me. Also I'm not sure what brand this "DND" gel color is but be aware that the gel is going to burn! Like when it comes time to cure your color it burns. And when I pulled my hand out they told me it's ok....I'm pretty sure it's not ok to have a product that hurts. Also, it's been a week and my nails have chipped. The lady who owns this place is really nice and she fixed my nails because that man was really messy and made some of my nails abnormally thicker than others which she said was due to the top coat. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I don't know why it's so hard to find a place with a gentle nail tech, and who isn't in a rush to be done with you. Your nails are a part of your body and some of these nail places forget that. read more

Pros: Relaxing music, offered water bottle, nice nail color, thorough Cons: Very, very slow, tech really hurt my cuticle and continued even after I asked her to stop (pain!), rough on the massage, was very hot in the salon, not friendly at all. I went in for a pedicure and was there for at least an hour and a half. My poor husband waited with me and actually fell asleep while waiting. It was supposed to be a relaxing, pampering treat for me after a medical appointment, but was anything but. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I think the owners are nice people but they need to make some staffing changes, try to be friendly and act like they're glad you stopped in, and, please, adjust the thermostat for the sake of all Floridians! I want to return to places I feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of. Unfortunately, I cannot say that of this nail salon. It has the potential to be a great salon, but needs some attention to detail. We live in a fast paced world - max time in/time out should be 30-45 minutes for a pedicure. If you can't provide that during a quiet time of day, I'm not sure how you will stay in business. Like I said, I wanted to like Lotus, but they need to work on some key elements. read more

I was waiting for a really long time before someone saw me and then it was just to soak my hands, I waited another long while after that and I felt like the nail tech I had just rushed right through it. I wasn't impressed. I really wanted to like this nail salon after reading the good reviews. I "scheduled" an appointment before going in on their website. I knew I was coming in on a Saturday morning and the place would be full. I chose a time on their website and it confirmed I had the slot I wanted. Well apparently, their scheduling system online either doesn't work or nobody checks it because when I came in, I was barely greeted with a "hello" and no one seemed very welcoming nor had any idea about the appointment I made. I was never offered anything to drink or any snacks and they had me sit down at a table so quickly that I didn't have time to grab anything myself. Despite being seated quickly, however, I waited close to 45 minutes beyond the appointment time I had originally booked before someone even came over to start soaking my current nails! I was so upset and felt ignored and I almost walked out and went somewhere else. This was super frustrating because then I had to wait even more time while my nails soaked. My time is valuable to me and I feel like I wasted an entire Saturday morning there (the appointment was almost three hours). Not to mention, I had requested to work with Ha based on all the good reviews and beautiful photos of her nail art I had seen and instead got assigned to a completely different nail tech. The nail tech was very sweet and patient and did an okay job, which is why I gave the review two stars. The problem is that I wanted an ombré color I saw Ha do for another client and this tech did not know how to do it properly and I got a different result than what I wanted. Also I requested a coffin shape and she cut my nails uneven. By the time she was finished, I had already been there for so long that I just wanted to leave so I paid and thanked her for her time and left. I won't be back. read more

I made an appointment for 2:30 for four people which I understand is a lot but the lady on the phone said it was perfectly fine and they could do it. I walked in at 2:30 and proceed to sit there for one hour before someone started working on one of my friends. It has now been 2 hours from the original appointment time and my other friends and I have not been seen yet as the salon continues to take walk-ins before the people who had appointments. After 2 hours of waiting I had to walk out because I had to go to work (that's why I booked an appointment in the first place). However, while the lady was working on my friend, she was also bouncing between 2-3 other people. By the time my friend got done she hated her nails because she felt like they were rushed and not done as well as she has gotten from other places. Whoever the owner is, you should not book appointments if you know that you can't stick to them just so you can bring more clientele into the store. I will never be back and I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
