The therapist really knew what they were doing, working out deep tension while still making it relaxing and comfortable. I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend if you're looking for a top-quality massage!

I arrive and I still had to wait 15 minutes until a room was available. I was told I could share a room (with a stranger) and I said no that's not what I want so I had to wait an additional 10 mins. Mind you upon entering, I was asked to pay upfront! While I was waiting, the lady kept publicly asking me about the specific area I needed focus on in my body for my massage then she asked me if I had any prior surgeries. This is happening while another customer is waiting also and I have already completed paperwork. I find this invasive and inappropriate. You can just refer to my paperwork that I just filled out. Anyway, I cancelled and demanded a refund.

The lady who did my massage was great, she asked before starting the facial massage, the only downfall for me was she didn't really get the heels of my feet which was odd. pricing is great - there is a upcharge for using the credit card. Ambiance is pretty basic but at the end of the day i'm there for the massage so I don't mind the lack of cool plants, new equipment etc. I will definitely come back when looking for a good massage vs spa expierence.

My other half requested they work on his lower back as it was very tight however both of us received focus in our shoulders. Throughout the massage, the ladies spoke to each other in a language I didn't understand: often laughing and leaving the room. All of these are things I can deal with-my problem was when we went to pay the bill and a $20 tip was not enough. The ladies EXPECTED a tip of $40 or more...for doing exactly what we paid $140 for. This is a huge turn off. We would have come back if it wasn't for this; they would have had the opportunity to earn our loyalty and we are weekly customers. This was unfortunate. Paying $180 for 2 massages is way over market value.

I called and made an appt this evening for myself and my daughter. Upon walking in we immediately noticed the sign that said due to COVID-19 they've had to increase their rates. I normally get their $30 foot massage but the lowest massage they had available was $50. I was a little irritated that this wasn't mentioned over the phone like... "Hey by they way..." but then again I didn't ask to confirm their prices were the same either. Since the appts were made and it was long overdue we paid the new rate. I appreciated all the precautionary measures they took. We filled out a questionnaire with our info, he took our temperatures, we sanitized our hands and we were lead off to separate rooms. Of course, face masks are mandatory. About 10 mins in while he was working on my back I realized the rate I paid was soo worth it!! The massage consisted of 30 min of back and 30 min of feet. I swear I dozed off for a minute while he was massaging my feet and legs but when it was all done I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. It was so worth it and dependent on the situation with COVID-19 I plan to go get another massage next month!

She told me to take off the robe and I explained to her I had no clothes under, and she had me remove the robe in front of her, so I laid on the table naked with no towel on me while she massaged me. Did not ask what I wanted massaged. It was 80% back and 20% leg massage, 0% foot. It was about 22 minutes instead of 30minutes and she asked for a tip at the end. At first I said "no thanks" but she processed to hand me the receipt and pen and I put $5. She then looked very confused at me. Poor quality massage, bad vibes and expensive for what you receive.
