Over the past four months I have felt myself grow stronger both physically and more importantly, emotionally. Cranial Sacral work will address the issues you need to focus on. Kristen's gentle kind and open presence allowed me to feel comfortable and address my issues of PTSD. After the first session I no longer felt the need for the constant "vigilance" and suspicious guarding that stemmed from my issues with personal safety. In her therapy room I was safe. Under her assistance, I was safe. This is a critical step towards recover from PTSD issues. Personally, I recommend planning on a few sessions to allow time for change. This is not always a once and done fix. Give yourself permission to do what is best for you. We worked on both physics issues from a contracted left side joint mobility which has released and at 53 years old I feel a greater freeness in that half of my body than I have known before. Miriam uses one sheet, yes singular, to cover the bed which was not fresh. It doesn't seem to be replaced every time for the next customer. Miriam doesn't use a sheet to cover my body; she just uses a 2 ft by 1 ft towel to cover my butt. Same towel for the next customer waiting in the living room when I left. She doesn't provide pillows to support the legs when facing down and I started to get cramps. When turning over, she didn't offer a pillow to support my head. I was not comfortable. I received exactly one hour massage, but she charged me for 1 hour and a half. She texted me with bogus explanation that the overcharge is because she is 30K in debt. For the money she charges, the sheet and the room should be cleaned. I'll never going back.
