Their gift card system never seems to work properly, and instead of finding a solution or making it easier for the customer, the staff make it feel like an inconvenience. Shopping here has been frustrating instead of enjoyable. For a store that positions itself as a higher-end retailer, I expected much better service and reliability.

I am not sure of the quality of their products, but we did get some great design ideas. Since this location is located in a strip plaza, there is plenty of parking!

Amazing place to get furniture, lights and just about anything for a new home…read more All the furniture here is high quality and absolutely flawless. Everything I have from this store has lasted me years and years without having to replace it. Heck, I've had my bed and the stand for it since I was 10?! It's in perfect condition (other than the fact I stuck stickers all over it...). We have lamps, chandeliers, beds, couches, old school asian furniture (my fellow asians, you know what I'm talking 'bout!), modern furniture, shoe cupboards.. just about anything you need in furnishing a new home, you can find here. The sales associates and owner Jackson are very honest people and you can't beat their prices. They will sell and recommend the absolute best furniture for your requirements (home type, budget etc). No scams here like the usual furniture stores that just want to make a sale - they really consider your needs so you don't need to go replace your furniture as quickly as you bought it. Overall, an amazing local furniture store that definitely overrides the huge corporations like Ikea. I'd definitely suggest checking this place out for any furnishing needs, from small ones like a bedside table to large beds, couches and whatever else your home needs!

The person who helped us (after we'd been in there for 15 minutes and had to ask one of the many employees for assistance) was helpful - when we had her attention. Otherwise, employees were sitting, eating, talking (in the middle of the showroom without masks), and talking on the phone without masks. It was very unprofessional and I felt unsafe in that space. We left before checking out all the furniture because of the lack of proper Covid safety protocols and the inattentive customer service. We probably won't be back!
