A button detached within the first months and was repaired by the store, indicating an early workmanship issue. Since then, multiple additional buttons have come loose, suggesting this was not an isolated incident. Communication via email and phone resulted in only two options being offered: pay a $300+ moving fee to return the couch for repair or arrange and pay for transportation myself. For a product at this price point, this approach to a recurring defect is disappointing. Buyers should factor in the product n quality and how post-purchase issues are handled.

Amazing place to get furniture, lights and just about anything for a new home…read more All the furniture here is high quality and absolutely flawless. Everything I have from this store has lasted me years and years without having to replace it. Heck, I've had my bed and the stand for it since I was 10?! It's in perfect condition (other than the fact I stuck stickers all over it...). We have lamps, chandeliers, beds, couches, old school asian furniture (my fellow asians, you know what I'm talking 'bout!), modern furniture, shoe cupboards.. just about anything you need in furnishing a new home, you can find here. The sales associates and owner Jackson are very honest people and you can't beat their prices. They will sell and recommend the absolute best furniture for your requirements (home type, budget etc). No scams here like the usual furniture stores that just want to make a sale - they really consider your needs so you don't need to go replace your furniture as quickly as you bought it. Overall, an amazing local furniture store that definitely overrides the huge corporations like Ikea. I'd definitely suggest checking this place out for any furnishing needs, from small ones like a bedside table to large beds, couches and whatever else your home needs!

They have a lot of stuff from furniture to clothing to toys to appliances to fitness equipment. Most of the bigger items look like they are opens boxed and used. You are better off going to home sense, The clothings are new but they are only a few dollars cheaper than the Costco price tags. I even saw a "new" vacuum cleaner that has dust in the canister. During the grand opening period, there are free hotdogs and pop/water, catered by Gerard The Hot Dog Man. The hotdog was delicious. All their stores have the same big format, possibly bigger than a large Canadian Tire. There is a big retail store which houses their living room furniture, sleep furniture, and appliances (eg. kitchen), and electronics (eg. exercise machines, massage chairs). They also have furniture that can fit in small apartments/condos. They also have free self-serve hot drinks machine and freshly made popcorn. The popcorn starts 1 hour before the store opening to make the scent of popcorn linger throughout the entire store. There is also a children's playground area to keep them busy while the potential purchases can concentrate on buying (great strategy!). At the other end of the store, there is their outlet store. When discontinuing a product, it goes to this side of the store. All products there are new, but also discounted. The outlet store has a 0% interest 60-month payment plan. The nice thing about this chain is that everyone you deal with is their employee, not any third party, from sales, customer service, to delivery. The sales staff work on commission. You can purchase from any store and have it delivered or picked up from any of their stores. The sales staff are very courteous and pleasant. There store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female/family washrooms, and all of them are wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in their large private parking lot. Review 2024-150
