I really recommend Lotus Threading. I split my week between LA and San Francisco, and while I used to have a preferred eyebrow spot in the Bay, I've started to only get my brows done while down in LA so I can go to lotus. The lady who runs the shop is super sweet, and she does a killer job on my brows. In my line of work it's critical that my face always looks good, and a big component of that is my eyebrows. I always look good when I leave Lotus. As an added bonus their prices are ridiculously low, so tip the gal well, she deserves it. When I'm in Glendale and need my brows done, I go to Lotus. The lady does an amazing job every time. She also calls all her customers "sister" which I thought was cute. It reminds me of a Youtuber names James Charles. Anyways, for $7, you get your money's worth. There's a $.45 charge for cards. You can tip on the card reader. Love this place, the lady is really nice. I've been getting my eyebrows done here since I moved back to Glendale at the beginning of the year. Waiting time can be long since it's based on a first come first serve basis, but I've only waited maybe 30 minutes at the most. Unbeatable price for the quality you get. Highly recommended! I asked repeatedly for thick eyebrows, I'd been growing them out for a year. The woman threaded them and they're as thin as can be. Does this salon not realize that thin eyebrows haven't been in fashion for 7+ years? Seriously it's less work to keep them thick and makes your customers happy enough to keep coming back but when you destroy their eyebrows and send them back to the 1990s, horrible as a small business owner to not keep in trend with the current beauty standards. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I originally came to this place randomly when my regular threader was unavailable, what a gem! She ended up doing such a thorough job, much more than I was getting elsewhere. The woman who threads is VERY SWEET and does an excellent job. I'm always super picky about who touches my eyebrows but being new to LA, I have to rely on reviews. I was a little skeptical at first because unlike other lash bars on Yelp, there were no pictures of the work done. I decided to give this place a chance anyway because of the good reviews and because it's around the corner from my apartment. I must say that I am very satisfied with how my eyebrows turned out. I'm very pleased with my first visit to Lotus and will be returning. I walked in around noon without an appointment. The space was nice and bright. Three girls were ahead of me but I only waited about 20 minutes to get into the chair. The tech was very kind and thorough and she didn't over-thread my brows. Last time I paid $28 for my eyebrows somewhere just a little up the street of this place and today only $7! Wow. It was a Sunday and I needed a last minute appointment to get my eyebrows threaded. I was going through Yelp and calling salons I had gone to before but no luck. Finally I came across Lotus's Yelp page and was a bit hesitant since I had never heard of them before but decided to give it a try since I had no other options. I drove out to Glendale and immediately was assisted, bare in mind though that it was a Sunday morning. There was one girl working (and unfortunately i didn't catch her name) and she was very sweet and accommodating since I didn't even have an appointment. I asked her to clean my eyebrows and fix the shape a little, now I was very nervous since I had never tried them out but she made my eyebrows look amazing. Very natural and exactly what I wanted. The most unbelievable part are their prices. Their prices are super cheap! But unlike other cheaper salons who tend to put out low quality work, Lotus Threading did an eyebrow job that other salons would charge $20-25 for. I'm still in awe over the whole thing. read more

Got eyebrows and upper lip done by Niti and she did a great job and she has a gentle hand. Did not have to wait in line. The entrance is on the street and is connected to a plaza with parking just right before the store. There is street parking g but the plaza parking was easy and no fuss. I received a business card of this salon on my car window like about a month ago so I decided to give it a try today with my sister (we were way over due & looking for a new salon since our usual one is just too far for us now). I must say I'm really cautious with going to new eyebrow salons (I had a bad experience once). But I'm really glad I tried this one out tho. Since it's a new salon, there was no wait. I was attended immediately! I asked her if she could make them as thick as possible & to keep the natural arch I had going on. & for my sister just to keep her natural shape. I have no idea what all the good reviews are about, but I just came back from getting my eyebrows done and they have legitimately never been thinner in my life. While there, they looked okay but once I saw them in my own mirrors- that's when it really sunk in. I feel like I should be in the 90s right now. Also, they're even in shape but my right tail is noticeably shorter than my left. All I can do now is pray they grow back and never go back. read more

I am very picky with my eyebrows so like any yelper i checked reviews and i had high expecatations. I walked in and had a very warm welcome, also i hadn't gotten my brows done in a while but she was very patient as the pain level was going to be more than usual. And she also kept checking on me.
