Repair consisted of replacing the spark plug and air filter. Took it home, started it once, used briefly. Tried to use it a second time- would not start. Took it back for second repair. Operator was not embarrassed about the problem and would not commit to a time for second attempt at repair. I had expected I might be given priority since the first attempt at repair had not been successful. After 2 days, I called to enquire about the status of repair and was advised nothing had been done yet. I then enquired when I might expect it to be done and could not get any commitment from the operator. I sensed an ambivalence and this was not the first time at this business. I retrieved the blower and have taken it to another service centre.
