(A 4-foot-by-2-foot "check" to be given as a donation to Goodwill on WKYC during a partnered donation drive we sponsor for them.) Sign-A-Rama had a proof emailed to me of the check within a day or two. They emailed me an invoice, and I forgot to respond with how I was going to pay. Because they know this project has a deadline, they called me to remind me about making my payment so they could begin production. I called to pay by phone, and we were finished! The check will be ready for pick up when I am in town next Friday. This is the 3rd year in a row we are using them for this oversized "check" for our partnership donation drive. We have been using Safety Sign company for 15 years.The company sent us some wrong labels even…read morethough we only use their order # that we have used all along. We only have 4 labels we use on our equipment. One of the orders was for Eye protection and half the order they sent was for Ear protection. We didn't catch it for a few weeks until we got half way through the stack. Who checks every label in a stack? They all look the same except for one word and its 3 letters long. They (or He) refuse to exchange the incorrect ones for the correct ones. He was very condescending. He said they don't take returns after 5 days. Even if its their mistake. There are lots of other sign companies out there. Shop carefully with this company. We are moving on after 15 years. We can get them elsewhere. I have never written anyone a bad review. This is the first one I thought needed it.
