So if you have little ones make sure they stay to one side just in case. I like going through the tunnel near the golf course. It's kinda fun, then when you exit the other side you go through another one and there is a little water if you go a bit further in. Very peaceful little hike. Few years ago it used to have hills they made for the dirt bikes and someone had built a cute little flower garden it was really sweet. I was really sad when someone tore all that down. For the most part, it consists of flat terrain with small inclines here and there but it is quite easy overall. We enjoyed taking our time walking around and observing the vegetation and scenery. There was a small part where you could see a lot of Orange County. It is also not a very long trail and can be completed in a little over an hour as it is out and back. There are also many people on bikes riding around so be mindful of this as you are on the trail.

I don't recommend this trail if you're a newbie or new to difficult trails. To the west, it'trail gets easy long winding paths which lead to carbon canyon. To the east, its hilly and multiple trails can be found heading deeper into the trail network system. From 1 mile to over 20 miles of trails can be found, many of which will be exciting, tough and challenging. Take water, take snacks, don't liter and be careful with the sun ; as it can get very warm during the summer. there are Great morning sceneries and fantastic sunset views. Bathrooms exist only at the stagging areas. overall, the areas present a quiet simple and affluent neighborhood. Possible horse trails are available, chk website or the city parks page for more information. There's a lake nearby and different routes you can take. There are a few trashcans and they are usually pretty full on the weekends. I haven't seen a restroom but there are plenty of businesses nearby. Note there are some large gaps on the trail- hoping they fill it up soon. Sometimes there is horse droppings so be mindful where you step. We will be back!

Come here regularly w my girlfriends for a morning hike and actually brought my family here for a Post Thanksgiving hike at 9 a.m. Recommended for a great outdoor scenery hike. It's an easy or mild hike. Not really strained and my kids were able to do it. There's a lot of hiking trails around the Redwoods grove too. They have cement benches for you to sit and enjoy the view of the Redwoods. A lot come here to take family photos professionally or with your phone too. Makes great greeting holiday cards. I'd park in the neighborhood or the street parking off Wabash & Prospect at the industrial business area and make my hike straight down to the Redwoods Grove. For free Parking and I've known a lot has parked at Box Canyon regional park. There you'll have to pay park Entrance and there's a parking right near the entrance from the Park, Brea side. I'll be back again with my girlfriends for a regular hike week or w my girlfriends.

Both offer goof parking availability, both are well placed for long distance running, with paths consistent of dirt trails of pavement and concrete, with a few obstacles, all of which are easy to moderate. It seems like a good place for walkers, joggers runners and for bikers . The paths at hart park starts by the old buildings of the swimming pool area. Crossing towards the west, you'll come across a few highway overpasses and an archery park, and a open air auditorium . Along the way, a dry water shed that connects to Santiago park, which has been in redevelopment . New trails, new kids park, new arbory and cleaned up trails. The trail extends into and past the science center and willl make its way to the entrance of the mall, by Broadway. On your return trip, there will be outlets by the rail, that lead out to the neighboring community. Total path in and out can 2 to 4 ... but can extend to over 8 miles... if one follows east of hart park. Overall, great family trails, clean, quiet and welcoming and beyond all else, made for everyone to have fun. Rating of 3.9 to 4.1 stars

Also, large fields for competition games, clean and modern restroom facilities and rolling hills, trails, and a manicured landscape. Parking is near the outlets leading to the home tracks, and in addition, the trails are inclusive to the olinda oil and museum trail located to the Noth west of the park. For young people to older people, from walkers to joggers and bikers to skaters, there are so many opportunities. A strong 4.0 to 4.5 park.
