Even after moving out of the area, I still make the drive back whenever I'm nearby because it's just that good and consistent. The vibe is always welcoming, the 2 guys treats you like they've known you forever, and the food is consistently great. My go to is the lenqua and barbacoa, and carnitas this time, and it was just as delicious as I remembered flavorful, fresh, and prepared with care!. I love places that don't go downhill over time, and this one only seems to get better. This is definitely one of my favorite food trucks around! Do try sleep on the horchata great chaser! Today it was too sweet for me though. If you're in the area, don't sleep on this place. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, you'll understand why I still stop by like I never moved away.

It's better to say they made a mistake than to blame the patrons. There were 2 open tables that could have been used but our server wasn't assigned them... the must dumb excuse on the book. I've worked in restaurants and we always made it work for the customer and the serve, mind you, they were right next to each other. Communication between managers, servers and host/hostess could have been better. Also, I don't like they make you share tables with people you don't know. I love meeting people but this isn't Monell's y'all. Get different kind of seating if you are not going to be open seating in that area. It makes it less awkward to our wallets when we are all chilling and ask, "can we seat here" knowing that you have to say "yes, sure" unless you have your people coming to save you. Overall all, having overwhelmed staff for a planned holiday that happens every years is just unpreparedness of the establishment and a sour taste to the customer.
