Sugar Land needed a great taco place and Los Tacos delivers! This taco shop has all the goods from the freshly prepared tacos to TV's showing live sports to authentic Mexican taco shop vibes. The design was clean and you get to see the meat being cooked and chopped and the tacos being made behind the counter. Here's what I ordered: The Los Three Amigos (9/10) Combo of ribeye, chicken and asada tacos, topped with freshly chopped onions and cilantro, salsa and guac with lime on the side. Flavorful, seasoned to perfection. Add in the hot salsa sauce, which had a good kick to it, and those tacos were delicious. Asada Fried (8/10) Very generous portion of fries topped with asada beef, sour cream, cheese, and guac. Very good side to add with the tacos. Would have been perfect with just a bit more asada beef. Service was great. Rick, the owner, greeted us when we can in and also stopped by our table to check on our experience and talked about some of their ideas on upcoming dishes they wanted to add. Had a great experience and would recommended!

This place was great! I had the 3 amigos and the chicharrón taco. All of the tacos were delicious! My favorite was their chicken taco. Def recommend trying their tacos! Also, a must get is their asada fries! I also got their elote, which was really good. Be careful with their red salsa, it is spicy! At least it was for me. The horchata was very yummy as well. I will be back for more tacos! Service was quick and super friendly!

Friendly staff, fast service. It was quite a line and they knocked everybody out very quick. Very clean restaurant. The tacos are great. I definitely would eat here many times.

These tacos were , I'm from La so I know a good taco when I taste one. My husband and I are foodie hopping and had a taco each, he had the rib eye, I had the asada. It comes with onion, cilantro and guac. If our next stop was not crawfish we would have stayed. My husband said if we don't get out of hear now I'm going back to the counter lol. The prices are very reasonable and the owners were very friendly. We are already planning to come back tomorrow for lunch!! A must try!

Went to this newly opened taco place in sugarland Texas. There is lots of seating inside this restaurant. I ordered a variety of food to try all their menu. I got the 3 amigo taco on flour tortilla which is there chicken, asada, prime ribs. All there were very yummy. Then I got the asada fries. I wish there were more asada. I feel like I was eating ground beef not because of the texture but because of how little there was. I got their elote which was very yummy. The staff were amazing very helpful and kind.

Was pretty excited when I saw a food influencer post a video about this place being open. The area is desperate for a solid taco spot in a sea of asian restaurants. Finally had a chance to try. It was OK. The food I would say is above average. Solid flavors on the ribeye meat from the three taco plate I ordered. Salsas had a nice kick to them. The flour tortilla was nothing really to write about. The one part that made me wince was the prices. The cheese quesadilla was a flour tortilla folded in half with cheese and beans. $3 seems a bit much for that. $15 taco plate. Just the three tacos. $5 per taco seems a bit excessive. Nice staff, place looks nicely done up from when that spot used to be a Pho place. Wish I could like them more, but I don't think the value is there

Food is amazing. I love their tri meat tacos their black pepper sauce is really really good. They offer complimentary pickles which have shredded cabbage/onions and cauliflower. I wasnt a big fan of the elote coz too sour for me. You can see them grill the meats right from the open kitchen. I came back after the first time try it. The staffs keep the area clean. They do take long time for your order, so either order a head of time, or if you work remote, bring your laptop over to work while waiting for those delicious tacos.

Went to Los Tacos everything was fresh and full of flavor Tacos were on point great salsas and quick friendly service Definitely coming back.

The asada fries were on point--super good! The red salsa was fire. We loved it, and the asada bowls were also very good and filling. The only thing I would suggest is putting names on the takeout orders to make them easier to identify, (we order for big practice) since the asada looks a lot like the ribeye. We'll definitely order again, even though our order was a little mixed up and missing a few items. This is definitely our new favorite place! Houston Methodist Neurosurgery team approved!

let me tell you the asada fries and the ribeye taco are delicious The service was excellent and the restaurant was amazing I love the scenery Before I left the manager greeted me and give me a free hat good guy They now have a customer for life And on top of everything it's a safe location to eat a excellent taco

Food isn't bad, just pretty average for the price. The portions are definitely too small for what you're paying. Service was good though -- when my order was late, he offered me a refund and complimentary food, which I appreciated. It also seemed like the young guy at the front was doing everything himself, from taking orders and serving food to cleaning. Overall, it's just a basic taco spot with overpriced food and small portions.

We ordered one rib eye quesadilla, asada tacos, and a bowl.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Sugar land needs a street taco restaurant so I was excited, but the prices are basically the same as Torchy's tacos. We ordered one rib eye quesadilla, asada tacos, and a bowl. Staff were friendly, environment was clean, and ordering was slow. The quesadilla was small for the price. Corn tortilla was much better than flour because the flour tasted "rubbery." The food was mid.

Tried Los Tacos during their soft opening--menu was limited, but everything we had was fresh and absolutely delicious. The tacos are on the smaller side, and the elote cup felt a bit small for the price. That said, the service really stood out--the staff was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

Then I saw a short recommendation (with about a dozen likes) on another neighborhood site, and we decided to try it out. Now we've been there several times, and everything I've tried is outstanding, and the rest of my party wants to keep returning to try new things. And maybe that's especially noteworthy. Usually I go to a place and find something I like, and that's the item I get for that place. But El Fogon is 3 for 3 on perfection so far. Our first trip was a Thursday night and they have the poblano pepper fajita special for 2 on Thursday nights. The salsa is not runny, it's not ketchupy, it's not too mild or too hot -- it just has you enjoying it so much that before you know it you have to ask the waiter to bring more bowls. I won't say anything's super spicy, but it's all super flavorful. I've had the fajitas with beef and bacon. Then I had the Cameron brocheta (bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp with Monterrey jack cheese & jalapeño. The third time, I had ceviche, and they're very generous with the serving size. We're going back tonight -- the fourth time in two weeks -- and I have to try the nachos. And I still haven't had my favorite Mexican plate that I always have everywhere ... Chile relleno. And even their beans and rice are spectacular and better than maybe anywhere else. And I've had the peach margarita each time. It's very nice, though I have another spot I still like better. I always like peach, but I'm tempted to try their blackberry jalapeño margarita, or their watermelon mint. Or the pineapple rita. Or maybe tonight the mango habanero. I regret that it too so long for us to try El Fogon, but now that we've tasted how fabulous it is, we're catching up.
