I love this place. Doesn't matter what kind of meat you order it's all done to perfection! Simple menu, but the most delicious food. And the chips are crispy and salsa are freshly made. The loaded tacos are packed with flavor and toppings. There is a drive through and lots of parking. Good amount of seating inside, but if you come between 11-12 for lunch, expect a line at the register and a wait for a seat. (But the food comes up fast) Stsff is really nice and efficient. I used to love this place! I typically go eat there with my mom for lunch break and it's always been a great experience. Today I decided to go back and I had the worst experience there. I kindly asked the cashier if I could get my shrimp cocktail warmed and after almost half an hour of waiting for it, they served it to me scorching hot. I patiently waited 20 minutes before eating it and the first bite burned my tongue horribly. I went up to the front and asked the girl who was prepping the food if they could help me because I couldn't eat my food from how hot she made it. She rolled her eyes at me and told me to ask for the cashier to help me. When I got to him and told him what happened, he asked them to fix my food and told them he didn't have the energy to argue with me as if it was my fault. He told me to wait 5 minutes for another shrimp cocktail and after 15 minutes when my lunch break was pretty much over, I get called up there and I told them to just pack it up to go. The same girl who rolled her eyes at me didn't bother packing it and the guy who was also working with her serving food decided to do anything but pack my food for a few minutes. I could tell they were both bothered by the fact that I almost burned my mouth off and had kindly asked them to redo it. Top Tier. Nobody do a fully loaded asada taco like Los Tacos. I've been going to this location since 2016 and they have never failed me. They got me eating things that I wouldn't normally eat (avocado & pinto beans) but you really cannot go without those ingredients. Everything goes together beautifully. There are 3 of this restaurant in the city and they have a drive through, which is also nice. Their tacos are $4 plus but they do give you a ton of filling which includes beans, which isn't something I've seen before. They also wrap them in 3 shells which allows you to pick up anything that dropped. The overall flavor of the taco was good but definitely is better eaten in the restaurant if you want real cheese pull. They wrap their tacos in paper and then foil which steams them a bit inside on the way home. With all this being said, they are the most authentic tacos that I've had in Vegas so far and I'd probably return if I was in the area of this location or another. The standout for me was their tortilla chips, which were not too salty and had the right amount of crunch. When it was finally my turn, all the things (3 different items) that I wanted were sold out. They blatantly and proudly said "we don't have that" and didn't even say they were sorry.
