Two thumbs up!! Great Mexican food in Farmington, NM! My family and I stopped in to Los Rios for dinner, and wow! The food, atmosphere, and staff here are amazing! Once we walking in, we were sat almost immediately. The chips and salsa they serve while you wait for your food, was very tasty. And the salsa..... So delicious... And addicting! I ordered the chicken enchilada plate with green sauce. You have a choice of either red or green. This meal comes with rice and beans. It's quite a bit of food. Definitely filling for sure! The food was very good! I especially love the beans here. They are a lot different from other Mexican food restaurants I've been to in the past. The staff here are very friendly and prompt with keeping your drinks full. Everyone that works here seems so happy to be here, and happy to serve! This truly is a great place to eat! If your looking for a great Mexican food restaurant in Farmington, NM I definitely recommend Los Rios! read more
