First, I want to say the young lady who took my order was wonderful and did a the great job. I asked for a very particular or maybe not so particular order: I asked for a burrito with chicken rice and cheese only and one with Carne Asada, rice, and cheese. My last question on leaving when the young man handed me my order was: "Everything's right, no sour cream, no nothing. It's just the way I ordered it." He replied, "Yes, sir, just the way you ordered it." Got home bit into a stupid breakfast burrito. That tasted like crap. Had to drive all the way back to be questioned by the same guy who gave me the burritos, and I'm sure that's what I ordered. I showed him the receipt; he said, "Oops, sorry, they remade my burritos." He said sorry one more time, and that's it. I paid $19 for a burrito and $ 13 for the other, and they were not much bigger than Del Taco after them, messing my order or making me spend gas money and wasting my time. Ordered the monster carne asada fries, I added cilantro sauce and extra cheese, when I got home my order did not have cilantro sauce or extra cheese, rather it had beans and the order didn't look right. I called Los Primos, the one on Case RD and the waitress literally laughed out loud when I told her my order wasn't correct and admitted they have issues with I guess the restaurant honoring the orders... So ordered 3 chileaquiles for pick up went home ate mine until i got to the sides of rice i realized the oil has gone bad , i tasted it a bit with the tortillas but didnt think anything of it bc the salsa overpowered the after taste, the other two plates my family couldn't eat bc they were rancid. Cashier said hey we will re make the three plates i said that's fine , but because the third plate (i ate) tortillas only rice and beans not ate bc the rancid flavor was too strong on them manager said she could only re make two & i dont even care about not getting the plate i ate re made bc like i said i already ate th main part of the plate an prob had bad oil on it too . They denied to remake the whole order for what ? to save $1? We called them on it then they apologized took it back and just took the top off and gave it back with the same pico under the nachos. Our family made a trip to perris for a hot air balloon ride and waking up at 4am with no food in our belly it was tough . After the air balloon ride we decided to go to primos taco shop and order 3 burritos carne asada and a torta carne asada , waited for 30 min and when we started eating the food it was disgustingly cold , no flavor full of cheese cream n low quantity of meat. Located in the Winco shopping center between Starbucks and subway. This lil restaurant is pretty good, been going here for the past couple years and food has always been satisfying. I don't expect fast service because it's not a fast food type of place. I enjoy they're "Chile Relleno" burrito and "Jalapeño Queso" dip with chips and my husband likes their shrimp tacos.
