When it came out it looked amazing but trying it was a different story. The steak was very inconsistent medium in the middle and well done and crunchy on the sides. The shrimp was overcooked and the bacon was so overheated that it was stuck to the shrimp. The pico was hideous and not on the side liked I asked. My flour tortillas never came out like they were supposed to and I literally had to beg for some. I could go on and on about how it all was under a heat lamp too long and very bland, no need to. Long wait times are one thing, but then to have the food come out cold and crusty and act like it's fine is not okay. It's getting to the point where it's rare to find a place that actually serves hot food, which should be the bare minimum. Don't go here. Don't support this. Maybe if enough people stop accepting it, restaurants will remember that hot quality food is kind of the whole point.
