Ordered 3 tacos, Carne asada, pastor and chorizo. The carne was okay, the chorizo was good and would probably be good as a quesadilla. The pastor was different, it had small pieces of pineapple in it. I wasn't sure how I felt about that. read more

Their Burritos and Quesadillas are the best! No matter how big the order it's never taken more than half an hour and it's usually less than that. They're right next to a fairly busy street so it can get loud but that's truly a minor nitpick. read more

I feel like I'm gatekeeping by not writing a review for this place. I have been coming here consistently for a couple of years now and they are hands down top two or three Mexican food in Portland. Their carne asada is absolutely delicious and their pastor is TO DIE FOR. The pineapple ratio is perfect and their portions are great. I like getting tacos when I'm not as hungry and go for either a burrito or quesadilla when I'm looking for a bigger portion. Best part is they're open super late! Yeah.. it was alright. I got a veggie burrito and it was pretty mediocre. The worst part about it was the veggies weren't chopped up enough. I'm not being particular, I'm being serious.. there was a large chunk of tomato roughly the size of a large potato chip just chillin in the tortilla. The chopped onion pieces were marbled size and the cilantro was full leafed. At first I was impressed with the speediness of receiving the burritos but after a few discoveries, it all made sense why. What's worse about it was seeing my sweet partner unsatisfied with their meal and wishing for more food to fulfill the hunger that wasn't resolved. 3 stars instead of 1 because they did better than that awful experience I had with Lucy's Tacos located in bend. 3 stars instead of 5 because if I wanted full pieces of veggies I would've gotten some ranch dressing and a veggie platter. read more

Check this place out it's a must service is great call in your order and by the time you get there food is steaming hot ready to eat salsa now that's a true home made salsa. This place makes me think I'm eating at my moms house yummmm. Burritos were on point $10 for a big thick burrito full of meat no fat. Very good tacos I come every Tuesday very good meat and good customer service however when I would come for $2 taco Tuesday now it is $3!!! The Al pastor was delicious. The carne asada was pretty dry and definitely needed salsa to kick up the flavor profile. The carnitas had good flavor, but was also a bit dry. The salsa verde was a bit chunky and didn't pour over the tacos easily, and almost tasted like the ingredients weren't quite ripe. HOWEVER, this hit the spot and I'd go back for the Al Pastor when I'm in the area. There was good heat. read more

Very delicious, very fairly priced. The food comes out pretty fast even if it is a little busier, they run a tight ship there. Would seriously recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and hearty meal! Vegan sope was delicious. Even my pooches liked it. Red salsa was ok kind of thick but it did have a nice taste and kick to it. it was really more orange then red so I imagine they used habanero chilli's instead of arbol or puya. Or another dried red chilli. The beans are cooked with vegetable oil so vegans this place is one to put on your list as vegan friendly. I would still ask before ordering just to be sure they didn't happen to switch to beef or pork lard. The sope was almost the size of a small dinner plate $8 dollars; which comes out to $8.50 when using a debit card. They also have no problem not deep frying the sope. Tacos, tacos, tacos. How I love thee. Los Francos is DANK. These are legit street tacos, and they are DELICIOUS. I had to try this place after seeing some of the reviews, and it's no joke. Their tacos are amazing! I had a couple of al pastor, and a couple of carne asada, and they were the best I've had in long while. The al pastor were a little on the greasy side, but hey, I wasn't complaining (just get more napkins). Truly, the only downside of this place is it's location. It's in the parking lot of an appliance repair store, and I wasn't sure if I could park there to get tacos, so I ended up parking like 2 blocks away in the neighborhood.
